Book Negotiate Like YOU M A T T E R

Download or read book Negotiate Like YOU M A T T E R written by Esq. Rebecca Zung and published by . This book was released on 2019-09-14 with total page 228 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: "Worth its weight in gold!" --Robert Shapiro, Esq. Renowned Trial Lawyer, Co-Founder of Legal Zoom What if you knew you could get what you want in negotiation? What if you knew you could feel powerful, confident and in control of the entire process? Top 1% attorney, author and media personality Rebecca Zung shares her proven method for successfully negotiating anything in her latest book, "Negotiate Like You MATTER: The Sure Fire Method to Step Up and Win" provides powerful and easy steps you can take to level up your business and your life! Every single person wants to feel seen, heard, understood and know they MATTER. This is true in any human interaction, but in negotiations the stakes are higher. The outcome of a negotiation becomes an outward measurement of our value, and if you haven't done your internal growth work, then at the deepest, darkest level, a "loss" in negotiations feels like YOU are less, not just that you RECEIVED less. That risk of vulnerability is often not worth the potential gain. Using her years of experience in litigating divorces for the world's most powerful people, attorney Rebecca Zung shares, through easy to understand language and humorous stories, the exact steps to the secret of how to get what you want. A totally innovative approach to negotiation, she blends the worlds of self-help, quantum physics, and body language with all the more traditional negotiation skills, strategies, tactics and techniques. 80% of winning a negotiation happens before you even walk into the room. To properly prepare, you must move from your inside out. This means that you must start from dealing with your own internal dialogue and knowing you have value. Next, you move to the external preparations. This means doing the research, preparing the arguments, creating leverage, discovering pain points, determining the best and worst case scenarios, doing risk analysis, deciding where the negotiations should be, what to wear, and what your first offer will be. The final step is the actual negotiation itself. Here you must prepare for how to command the entire process by determining how to walk into the room, how to greet the other person, how to use powerful body language (and read the other side's), how to present your offer, how to use embedded commands and mirroring, and much more. The methodology in this book works no matter what field you are in, and regardless of how powerful the other side is. Throughout the book, you'll be given easy to remember mnemonics, catchy phrases, tools, resources and exercises, all to remember exactly what to do to win every negotiation, in any situation, every time - and have the other side be happy about it. Get ready to feel empowered, inspired and actually look forward to negotiating!

Book How to Write Sympathy Letters amp Notes

Download or read book How to Write Sympathy Letters amp Notes written by Dianna Booher and published by AudioInk. This book was released on 2012-01-31 with total page 36 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Are you saddened but unsure about how best to express your deep feelings in the face of sorrow or tragedy? In sympathy situations, friends and family have the greatest need to hear from you. Don't leave them wondering about your lack of concern. Begin your letter or note with a straightforward comment about your feelings-your sadness, your shock, your sorrow, or your concern. Mention something positive you remember about the individual or, if you did not know him or her personally, recall something you've heard others say. Let the reader know that you understand the extent of the loss or the painful situation in the case of a misfortune. But do show sensitivity. Avoid adding gruesome details or increasing the pain. If possible, and if you're sincere, offer to help in some specific way: Be brief. You don't need to go into all the details of the situation-how you heard the news or what so-and-so told you. Your caring concern in "I am so sorry" speaks volumes. Close with a comforting phrase-a final thought that reflects your concern and is appropriate to your relationship with the person. Make your words genuine and personal-as if you were talking face to face. This is not a task that you should delegate to someone else. Use your personal stationery or card. Typically, you should write the note by hand. But if you're writing to a business colleague or client, a typed letter is acceptable-depending on the closeness of the association. If you'd like to make the sympathy letter writing process even easier, we can help even more. If you still can't find the right words to express comfort, try our professionally written package of sympathy letters and notes. You'll find sample sympathy letters for both personal and business situations: Personal Sympathy and Business Sympathy Letters Death of a child Death of a parent Death of a spouse Death of other relatives Miscarriage Death of pet Personal failures Disaster-loss of home Disaster-loss of business Business failure Financial ruin Loss of job-friend Loss of job-coworker Get well soon Terminal illness-friend Terminal illness-acquaintance Wedding-cancelled Divorce-to parents of those getting divorce Divorce-to friend or relative getting divorce Criminal conviction Crime victim"

Schiff identifies the seven distinct principles practiced by individuals who may or may not be any smarter than the rest of the population, but seem to understand instinctively how money is made. This guide also reveals how these business icons excel in areas of team building, risk management, and leadership development to accumulate their wealth. And he offers a practical four-step program—from choosing one’s livelihood and pinpointing skills to focus on to negotiating job terms and salary—in order to bring upon greater success. “Schiff builds his narrative on solid evidence, including research data comparing and contrasting the self-made person with the usual middle class.” —Booklist
