Only to be told to "blow it off" or "put it behind you" or the classic, "there's something wrong with you".Now if you are as desperate as I was you will end up going to a therapist or doctor.Those medications will dull that emotional baggage but it will not help you heal the pain or make it go away. Don't take it the wrong way some of it will help the process but can also cause more problems like perscription drug addiction. Bad reactions going undetected can ruin your life! The whole time you are thinking that the meds are working when there not, and then that "it's my fault" comes back. I want to help you be able to express yourself. (Those meds can prevent you from doing that.) Find your way to vent all that pain and anger. It's not good to hold it in.
