Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Humanity today is in the direst need for the gentleness of this mercy and its pure dew. It is worried and confused, straying through the labyrinths of materialism, the hell of wars, and the aridity of souls and hearts. After presenting the meaning of mercy to humanity and fulfilling it himself, the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him), as commanded, announces the essence of his Message, wherefrom mercy to all existence gushes forth: (Say, “It is revealed to me that your God is only one God; will you then be Muslims?”) [Qur'an 21: 108] This is the original element of mercy in this Message; the element of absolute monotheism that saves humanity from the illusions of Jahiliyyah, the burdens of idolatry, the worship of creatures, and the pressures of delusion and superstitions. It builds life upon its solid foundations, connecting it with the entire existence based on clear constant laws, not fancies, inclinations, or interests. It guarantees to every human their right of standing with their head raised; for heads only bow to the Creator, The One, The Almighty. This is the path to mercy… so will you be Muslims?

Book excerpt: The significance of this book lies in the fact it presents the role model to humanity in the person of the Prophet Muhammad who gave the best possible that can be given and sacrificed with all he had in order to guide humanity to the path that guarantees prosperity for it in this world and in the hereafter, and indeed he succeeded in doing so in the bestpossible manner. It is therefore not unexpected when non- Muslim intellectuals consider him to be the most influential person in the history of mankind, as the American scholar Michael H. Hart states in his work "The 100: A Ranking of the Most Influential Persons in History":"[Muhammad] was the only man in history whowas supremely successful on both the religiousand secular levels."The writer George Bernard-Shaw says:"I hold the religion of Muhammad in the highestesteem for its astounding vitality. It seems to meto be the only religion which is equipped to suitthe changing faces of life and which is appropriate for all ages. I have studied the life of this amazing man and I believe that he deserves to be called the savior of the human race."And thus the prophet not only deserves to be a role model for humanity, but in fact he is the best role model mankind can ever find.

Book The Mysteries of Allah and His Muhammad

Download or read book The Mysteries of Allah and His Muhammad written by Fatai Badmos and published by Strategic Book Publishing & Rights Agency. This book was released on 2016-12-02 with total page 658 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The Mysteries of Allah and His Muhammad is indeed a scanty summary of a potentially great debate. However unwieldy or incomprehensible the actual details may be, certain contexts of the whole or part can always be identified for discussion. In the physique of mankind, Allah manifests. He does so on nature glaringly, just as is inferred from various sections of the book. Whilst He does, the divinity of a being “not more than a prophet” is also undoubtedly established. That co-joining of the One and Only Creator and a creation (a man, Muhammad), who coincidentally is most positively and negatively controversial, should interest those who consider man to be the meanest of God’s creations. That we may not discount knowledge of any sort, even that considered most sacrilegious (science), God’s inspiration to a mortal being (Muhammad) corroborates too many ideas put forth by scientists or intellectuals’ discoveries and postulations. What a mystery that the lightbulb, which in theory and description was already encoded in the Quran more than a thousand years ago, before one bulb ever rolled out in a factory! Only simple minds take things for granted and give no thought to the grandiose schemes of our world and its elements. This book serves as a jolt to those who oversimplify “what is” or the mysterious.

Book excerpt: Muhammad is a shimmering, lyrical biography of the Prophet, composed from the words of Muslims throughout the centuries. Drawing on a variety of Islamic sources, from the hadith, or sayings of Muhammad and his companions, to Abbasid and Persian texts, Weinberger weaves a subtle, mystical prose poem, spanning Muhammad's birth and childhood; his adolescence, miracles and marriages; to the isra and miraj, his journey from Mecca to Jerusalem and ascent into heaven, with the angel Jibril (Gabriel) as his guide. The result is a vivid triptych that presents the final prophet of Islam with extraordinary clarity. At a time when the Muslim world is being demonized in much of the media Muhammad provides a sense of the awe surrounding this historical and sacred figure.
