Ce manuel est un recueil d’enseignements afin d’évangéliser les nonconvertis. Mais aussi, il est destiné. ceux qui sont déjà sauvés, mais qui à ce jour, n’ont pas suivi tous ces enseignements élémentaires. Cet ouvrage peut être utilisé comme un outil efficace pour tous les chrétiens qui souhaitent évangéliser d’autres personnes. Ce manuel d’évangélisation ne remplace pas le guide évangéliste, il fait parti du projet FILIP, et constitue un outil entre les mains de l’évangéliste tel que l’a fait de Philippe avec l’eunuque éthiopien (Actes 8 : 30-31) : « Comment pourrais-je, si personne ne me l’explique ?
