Dans un second temps, nous trouvons que les propri taires immobiliers favorisent les offres d'emploi situ es proximit de leur domicile et pour cause les co ts de transaction tr s lev s. Ensuite, nous trouvons l'aide d'une simulation num rique appropri e qu'une augmentation de la propri t immobili re am liore la performance du march du travail.
