Durable General Power Of Attorney - lets power over money, property, and more be shared in life with person who often is family or friend so they have legal power to help do things. 8. Power Of Attorney Over Minor Child - lets parent of minor child under 18 give power to person over child's health care, home issues, school, and more so person can help control things. 9. Power Of Attorney For Right Of Sepulcher Over Bodily Remains - lets person be named to control funeral and related issues, usually done if person doesn't want closest family to do this like normal.
