Calling the notebook a journal is to encourage us to fill it in every day, but thanks to the possibility of entering the date, we decide how often we supplement it. Inside you will also find 70 Positive Daily Affirmations, which at the beginning will facilitate your work with the journal. The average person works eight or even more hours a day. Regardless of where, how and for whom you work, you devote your valuable time to these activities. Time you'll never get back. To maintain good mental health, we need rest, relaxation, a moment of reflection and reflection from time to time. And this is where The 5 Minute Journal will help us. We fill out the journal in the morning, as soon as we wake up, write down three things for which we are grateful. Gratitude will help us attract positive things to our lives, we will appreciate what we already have, we will realize what we are really grateful for, and perhaps we will also attract what we want. Then we enter what we will do to make the day the best for us. It is a kind of commitment that will help us consciously work on ourselves and put ourselves in a positive mood for the day. Then it's time for affirmation, that is, we write a few words about ourselves. It's about coding positive thoughts about ourselves in our mind. It is very important and helpful on a day full of challenges and problems to be solved. Filling out the diary in the evening is meant to sum up our day. We write down three good things that have happened to us on a given day and answer a short question about what we could have done even better. When working with a journal, it is very important to focus only on positive things, not to enter our worries, shortcomings, things that we are not fully satisfied with, that bother us, bother us. The point is to work on yourself, your emotions, focus our attention mainly on the positives and realize in the course of each day how much we have (I do not mean material things) and how many things we can be proud of.
