In addition, a preliminary measurement of the branching fraction B [yields] [rho]e[nu] is presented and the CKM matrix element V[sub ub] is determined from this measurement. The authors find [Beta](B[sup 0] [yields] [rho][sup -] e[sup +] [nu]) = (3.39 [+-] 0.44[sub stat.] [+-] 0.52[sub syst.] [+-] 0.60 [sub theo].) x 10[sup -4], and V[sub ub] = (3.69 [+-] 0.23[sub stat.] [+-] 0.27[sub syst.] [sub -0.59 theo.][sup +0.40]) x 10[sup -3].
