L' volution du coefficient de frottement (f) d'un d p t composite d'acier inoxydable-graphite est compar e celui d'un simple d p t d'acier inoxydable. Pour toutes les conditions d'essais effectu es, le coefficient de frottement est diminu pour le d p t contenant du graphite. Cette diminution de la valeur du coefficient de frottement peut aller, selon les conditions d'essais, jusqu' 80 % par rapport un simple d p t d'acier, et ce sans influence majeure sur la duret du d p t.
