La moindre tradition y est recensée, décrite, expliquée, prête à vendre. Il y a moins d'intérêt (pour le moment, mais cela commence) pour les traditions européennes, les splendeurs de Roumanie ou de l'arc alpin. Pourquoi cette tache aveugle ? C'est à celle-ci que ce livre veut répondre.
