This is important because plastic utensils absorb the wheat and other gluten-containing elements. These are just a few questions that can help you learn to cope with eating out, and continuing your normal life. I say normal because having a gluten-allergy is just another part of your life and that should not hold you back from any part of your previous lifestyle.
