What her enemy had meant for evil, to destroy her and crush her faith, backfired, as she fell into the loving arms of Jesus. Jesus held her and gave her the confidence and strength to fight back. She would say, "I know I'm going to die, we all are. But I'm not going to die from this. No way. God is my healer." And circumstance or diagnosis could move her from that foundation of faith. She knew, that she knew, that she knew.Her faith is big, pure. Real. I'm proud of her, I'm amazed by her, and I'm so glad she wrote her blog through the first season of treatment. It is raw and honest, and I hope the people who read it, whether or not they are facing demon-like cancer, will discover for themselves the deep relationship with God that MaryAnn found. Then, as she does daily, live life with the invincible confidence that, "If God is for you, who can be against you?"
