Todo esto conlleva un despliegue rápido de nuevos aspectos a valorar, posibilidades que se abren, reciente legislación, instituciones responsables, potestades, personas especializadas... Tanto a nivel nacional como internacional, con una cooperación necesaria para su correcto funcionamiento.El tema principal está constituido por los distintos métodos de solución de conflictos como la mediación o el arbitraje cuando sea necesaria la aplicación del derecho deportivo, se mencionarán las diferencias entre órdenes jurisdiccionales para dar a conocer el porqué es necesario que existan unas especialidades concretas y unas características únicas que no existen en otros ámbitos del derecho.

De ahí que aboguemos en este trabajo por su aplicación, para lo que es necesario una toma de conciencia, el conocimiento y formación en las técnicas y proceso, así como realizar el esfuerzo institucional necesario para que se generalice su aplicación a la hora de resolver los conflictos que surjan en el ámbito del deporte, dentro siempre de las materias que sean disponibles por las partes.
