Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Originally stirred up around 2013 on scrap paper & juice-stained journals... ***** Author Message: This book finally came to fruition in 2016 after a raucous ride. I am pleased to say it was my very first book. It is different from the rest of my books because it dawned only when I was just beginning to feel like it was safe enough to shine. I just came off the streets of Philadelphia & like a cat... managed to land on my feet somehow. It contains a rather distinct version of the most harrowing part of my life story, not for the faint of heart. However, the pages thereafter are a delightful peruse down the endless isles of imagination, leading to all the many ways that... ANYONE can heal their demons, if you just invite them in for a little sweet tea. ***** It is dedicated to all the underdogs of our culture that deserve to now WIN, all those who suffer or struggle(d) with abuse, addiction, or incarceration... & their families. Essentially, this is a guide facilitating the art of holistic recovery via MANUALLY reintroducing the feel-good chemicals back into an otherwise “special needs” brain ravaged by drug or alcohol abuse, & the like. ***** Not to mention, FEELING GOOD is how we maintain freedom. Deliberately CHOOSING to feel good is the modus operandi of a MASTER MANIFESTOR. Gain this skill just by reading! Fortified with over 100 colorful images, this book is like a cool magazine from cover to cover. ***** Looking for ways to become more mindful? Look no further. All it takes is to be grateful within the details of the moment. If you decide to go forth unto the many beautiful pages & beautiful feelings that are captured within this book, you will see how mindfulness comes naturally. It's simple. It's easy. Words are wands. Thoughts become things. ***** If you do not have the beautiful feeling faucet flowing by the end of this book you just might be dead inside. ***** BookonFire Press~ #InLoveWeTrust

Book The Goose That Couldn t Fly

Download or read book The Goose That Couldn t Fly written by Janice Bomar Crutcher and published by Xlibris Corporation. This book was released on 2023-05-18 with total page 23 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: My name is Janice Bomar Crutcher. I have been feeding Mac and Gracie over 2 years. Sometimes twice a day. They know their names. I call them to come and feed. I was inspired to write this when I discovered that Mac had one bad wing and could not fly. I was his only source of food. So many days I felt so sad because he was so lonely. It just broke my heart, especially the way the other geese treated him for being different. Then one day Gracie appeared. They were bullied by the other Canadian geese because they were different. I want to produce a children’s book to explain about bullying. With this being a big problem with our children today. To let them know it is ok to be different and not let anyone bully them. They are not alone. It is in our society today and to show them it happens in the animal species also. I have never done anything like this before. I went to the library and researched layouts of children’s books. There was one layout I liked. It had the writing on the right pages and the left pages were the illustrations. So much to learn about writing a book. I just want to relay the message about bullying. Thank you for your time. Sincerely, Janice Bomar Crutcher * Main email: [email protected] Email: [email protected] Cell: (731) 336-4494

The truth is, he really doesn’t want to be there, on the ship, in outerspace, in SpaceForce. In the meantime, Sandy’s life is in even worse shape. The S/S Asteroid is being decommissioned, while Sandy is forced into an involuntary layoff. Responding to an advertisement to fly for Yber, the former starship captain sets her sights on being an entrepreneur. If only she didn’t have that little drinking problem, that dependency on her flask, not to mention that odd disease she picked up somewhere near the Intergalactic Divide; that deadly and virulent strain of the Intergalactic Avian Flu.

Download or read book Living The Code written by Dakota Livesay and published by Xlibris Corporation. This book was released on 2012-08-29 with total page 209 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Many historians agree that America’s greatness is a direct result of America being a frontier country for our first 300 years. To survive the harsh life of the frontier required people who were hard working and creative, with ingenuity and a desire to work with their neighbor. As far back as the time of Moses and the Ten Commandments, people have lived by principles that worked as guidelines for successful lives. And the same was true with the people who lived on the American frontier. Although they were 300 years in the making, these principles were solidified by the American cowboy in our last frontier. They became known as “The Code of the West.” To make this code relevant to our lives today, Dakota has used a large number of stories and examples from the past and the present that show us how to apply them to each of our daily lives; and as a result, live a fulfilling life.

Book Another Laugh and Another Tear

Download or read book Another Laugh and Another Tear written by John W. Telman and published by Word Alive Press. This book was released on 2020-06-15 with total page 168 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: "I really don’t know John. I really only know of John, by virtue of pastoring in the same province and denomination together. I mention this to say that by reading his book, I finally had the chance to get to know him! In doing so, I felt that I’d met a kindred spirit. Sharing a common Dutch heritage, being former worship ministers, and growing up in a loving, musical home established an easy common ground between us. In picking up a copy of his book, I anticipated sitting down to read an autobiographical account of this life. I was wrong. Instead I sat down to discover stories of friends and family who had shaped his life. It’s a tribute really. What a wonderful way to get to know a person! Instead of making himself the focus of his own writing, he instead shines a spotlight in the direction of the relationships that were most meaningful to him." —Phil Spoelstra Assistant Superintendent, British Columbia and Yukon District of the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada

Book Couples in the Bible

  • Author : Jim Schnorrenberg
  • Publisher : WestBow Press

  • ISBN : 1490850007

Download or read book Couples in the Bible written by Jim Schnorrenberg and published by WestBow Press. This book was released on 2014-10-29 with total page 211 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Read and apply this book and build a strong marriage. Real stories. Real couples. We see it allsuccess, heartbreak, evil, flaws, love. There is no shortage of good marriage books. Most are topical studies of marital issues and how to resolve them. They are great resources. This book goes right to the core of a biblical marriage. It is less of mans opinions and more on what God said about marriage. The Bible gives us short accounts of couples, but not a complete account of any one couple. It supplies us with rich stories and insights of how they lived and loved. We know these people. In many ways, their lives are our lives. They are real people who fell in love, raised a family, argued, and grew old together (well, some of them did). God pulls back the curtain, and we see these couples warts and all. There is no sugar-coating, no spin job. We see people and couples in their best behavior and worst behavior. However, this is helpful to us as we can learn from both the good and the bad, and even the downright evil. Enjoy this book. Apply the biblical truths. I pray that this book may be the catalyst to save or strengthen your marriage. May you enjoy a lifetime of love!
