During Spring/Summer, I began setting my dumbbells, barbell, and basketball up outside and exercised in the backyard of my home. Many training techniques I still use today are those I taught myself and learned on my own. Ive had many AWESOME experiences in my life. I owe them all to God and my dedication that began with simple workouts in my bedroom as a child.
