Mi visión es muy discutible, si no sería preocupante, pero espero que aporte algunos elementos de utilidad. No creo que tenga por qué ser correcta, pero sí afirmo que he hecho todos los esfuerzos para que sea informada. Critico lo que considero mejorable, callo lo que, aun no pareciéndome bueno, no tiene una vía de mejora que yo haya podido imaginar. Me ilusiona pensar que este libro pueda provocar algunas reflexiones en el lector, que en ocasiones sirva para acrecentar el conocimiento, y que otras veces anime la discusión, con un lenguaje que sea tan válido para los que se dedican al vino como para los que no. Me gusta soñar que haya algún lector al que no le guste el vino, pero que encuentre interés en lo que este libro cuenta. Y es que el buen vino es alimento para todos, hasta para los que no lo beben.
