Il s’agit d’une étude rétrospective des urgences prises en charge par le CHU de Reims de 19h à 9h en semaine, les week-ends et jours fériés. Les fiches de 213 patients pris en charge en urgence au CHU de Reims de janvier à décembre 2012, par les internes d’astreintes opérationnelles, ont permis d’établir un profil démographique et médical ainsi que de mesurer l’activité de la permanence des soins en odontologie au CHU de Reims. La permanence des soins en odontologie est assurée à travers une prise en charge organisée des urgences bucco-dentaires en Champagne-Ardenne et une bonne complémentarité entre le secteur libéral et le CHU de Reims.
