La réalité exige l’engagement à plusieurs échelles, la mobilisation dans la transmission des connaissances aux générations futures, d’apprendre à affronter des problèmes complexes, fondamentaux et vitaux et de surmonter la séparation, la dispersion de nos connaissances à travers des pratiques interdisciplinaires. Dans cet essai, l’auteur déchiffre le paysage cognitif et anthropologique du changement climatique en s’appuyant sur les principes fondamentaux des « 7 Savoirs nécessaires à l’éducation du futur » d’Edgar Morin. Il propose une démarche éprouvée auprès de jeunes lycéens de différents pays. Cette démarche s’appuie sur une compréhension interdisciplinaire du changement climatique suscitant la participation et les actions des jeunes, l’élaboration et la mise en œuvre de solutions qui tiennent compte de leur contexte social, culturel et environnemental.
