Ce travail présentera dans un premier temps les paramètres esthétiques pré-implantaires à prendre en compte afin de permettre une intégration personnalisée de la restauration prothétique. Ensuite nous établirons les règles régissant le positionnement tridimensionnel du ou des implants en fonction du choix, du nombre et du diamètre de ces derniers, ainsi que celles conditionnant le maintien et la reformation des papilles, élément clé du résultat esthétique final. Enfin, comme l’acte implantaire dans le secteur antérieur est essentiellement déterminé par la future restauration prothétique qui, par sa forme, sa teinte, sa position, son intégration parodontale et son profil d’émergence, doit passer inaperçue dans le sourire, nous déterminerons les critères de choix prothétique concernant le pilier et le type de structure implantaire le plus adapté au cas. Chaque étape sera ainsi analysée afin d’optimiser le résultat esthétique, nouveau déterminant du succès thérapeutique de l’implantologie moderne.
