La seconde partie s’attache au traitement pluridisciplinaire de six questions clés parmi lesquelles : « Concevoir des espaces sportifs adaptés » ou « Conduire le changement dans l’organisation sportive » ou encore « Optimiser l’accueil d’un spectacle sportif » ou enfin "Analyser et gérer les risques sportifs". Chaque question est abordée sous l’angle de deux ou trois disciplines complémentaires afin d’en analyser tous les éléments puis conclure par des préconisations managériales pratiques. L'ouvrage s'adresse aux étudiants, enseignants,universitaires, experts concernés par le management du sport. Il intéressera également les praticiens, élus ou professionnels, dirigeants d'organisations, de fédérations, de clubs et de groupements sportifs publics ou privés. Sa construction et sa terminologie ont été conçuses pour faciliter l'accès à tous les types de lecteurs aux thématiques développées sans pour autant sacrifier le caractère authentiquement académique et scientifique de cette contribution.
