Comment plus spécifiquement le droit social permet-il de maintenir et de réguler le lien entre organisation du travail et santé mentale au travail ?L'objectif est ici de justifier la capacité du droit à régir les nouvelles formes d'organisation du travail, à l'aune des enjeux de santé mentale et en conséquence, de démontrer l'adaptabilité du droit social et du droit de la santé aux transformations du travail et à la prégnance de la santé mentale en entreprise.
