Book Les activit s non agricoles dans la recomposition de l espace rural

Download or read book Les activit s non agricoles dans la recomposition de l espace rural written by Eduardo Font and published by . This book was released on 1997 with total page 594 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: A PROPOS DE LA RECOMPOSITION DU RURAL, LE REPEUPLEMENT D'UNE PART DE PLUS EN PLUS LARGE DE L'ESPACE RURAL SE FAIT GRACE A UN APPORT MIGRATOIRE CONSEQUENT ET CONTINU EN PROVENANCE DES VILLES. L'ARRIVEE DE NOUVELLES POPULATIONS ENTRAINE UNE RECOMPOSITION ECONOMIQUE ET SOCIALE DANS UN ESPACE AUTREFOIS PRESQUE EXCLUSIVEMENT CONCERNE PAR L'AGRICULTURE. CES NOUVELLES POPULATIONS CONDUISENT EN OUTRE A UNE RECOMPOSITION SOCIALE DU FAIT QUELLES ONT GENERALEMENT UN NIVEAU DE FORMATION SUPERIEUR ET DES PRATIQUES DE VIE DIFFERENTES DES POPULATIONS AUTOCHTONES. LA DIFFICULTE A TROUVER UN TRAVAIL SALARIE DANS LEUR LIEU D'INSTALLATION POUSSE UNE PARTIE NON NEGLIGEABLE DES MIGRANTS A PASSER DU STATUT DE SALARIE URBAIN A CELUI D'ENTREPRENEUR RURAL. ON ASSISTE AINSI A UNE RECOMPOSITION ECONOMIQUE DU FAIT DEL'IMPLANTATION DE NOUVELLES ENTREPRISES. CERTAINES DE CES ENTREPRISES RESTENT DANS LE REGISTRE DE LA TRADITION DU SERVICE A LA POPULATION RESIDENTE. D'AUTRES, EN S'INSTALLANT EN MILIEU RURAL POSENT UN QUESTIONNEMENT PAR RAPPORT A LEUR EFFICACITE DANS UN ESPACE DE FAIBLE DENSITE ALORS QUELLES PRODUISENT DES BIENS OU SERVICES A CARACTERE URBAIN DESTINEES A DES MARCHES REGIONAUX OU NATIONAUX. A LA QUESTION DU COMMENT ET DU POURQUOI DE CES INSTALLATIONS LES ENQUETES EFFECTUEES AMENENT L'IDEE D'UNE IMBRICATION PROFONDE ENTRE LE MENAGE DE L'ENTREPRENEUR RURAL ET SON ENTREPRISE. CE SONT LES AVANTAGES DE LOCALISATION QUE RETIRE LE MENAGE QUI PERMETTENT D'UNE CERTAINE MANIERE DE COMPENSER CERTAINS DESAVANTAGES SUBIS PAR L'ENTREPRISE DU FAIT DE SA LOCALISATION. IL S'AVERE AUSSI QUE CERTAINES ENTREPRISES ACQUIERENT PAR LEUR IMPLANTATION EN MILIEU RURAL UN SURCROIT D'EFFICACITE EN RAISON AUSSI D'UNE MEILLEURE QUALITE DE VIE ET DE MEILLEURES CONDITIONS DE TRAVAIL. POUR D'AUTRES, LA FAIBLE DENSITE APPARAIT COMME UN VECTEUR DE COHESION ET DE COOPERATION ENTRE ENTREPRENEURS. C'EST L'IMBRICATION DES MUTATIONS ECONOMIQUES ET SOCIALES, AU SEIN D'UN ESPACE QUI SEMBLAIT ENFERME DANS UN PROCESSUS DE DECLIN INELUCTABLE, QUI DONNE TOUTE SON ORIGINALITE A LA RECOMPOSITION A L'OEUVRE. FACE A LA THESE SOUVENT EMISE D'UNE URBANISATION GENERALISEE, IL S'AGIT DE PROPOSER L'HYPOTHESE D'UN MAINTIEN DE LA RURALITE. URBAIN ET RURAL S'INSTALLENT DANS UNE SITUATION DE CODOMINANCE CONCUE DAVANTAGE DANS LA COMPLEMENTARITE QUE DANS L'OPPOSITION HIERARCHISEE.

This book was released on 2018-07-23 with total page 128 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Young people account for a large percentage of the rural population, and are often unemployed or underemployed, despite the need for labour force in agriculture. Rural youth face many hurdles in trying to earn a livelihood. They do not perceive agriculture as a remunerative or prestigious profession, and until they find meaningful economic opportunities and attractive environments in rural areas, they will continue to migrate to cities. This trend not only contributes to the emerging phenomenon of over-urbanization and growing unemployment in urban areas, but is also expected to affect global food production. Investing in young people living in rural areas is therefore key to enhancing agricultural productivity, boosting rural economies and ensuring food security. This publication provides real life examples on how to re-engage youth in agriculture. It shows how tailor-made educational programmes can provide rural youth with the skills and insights needed to engage in farming and adopt environmentally friendly production methods. Many of the initiatives and approaches reported in this study originate from the youth themselves. The following study was a joint undertaking of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) and the Technical Centre for Agricultural and Rural Cooperation (CTA).

Book Emplois ruraux non agricoles

Download or read book Emplois ruraux non agricoles written by Hélène Guetat-Bernard and published by . This book was released on 1994 with total page 501 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: LE MAINTIEN D'UNE PROPORITION ELEVEE DE POPULATION RURALE REPRESENTE UNE SPECIFICITE SOCIO-ECONOMIQUE DE L'INDE ET DE NOMBREUX PAYS D'ASIE, PAR RAPPORT A L'EVOLUTION DES AUTRES PAYS DU TIERS-MONDE. CE TRAVAIL DE RECHERCHE S'INTERESSE PLUS PARTICDULIEREMENT A LA NATURE ET A L'IMPORTANCE DES EMPLOIS NON-AGRICOLES COMME ELEMENT DECISIF D'EXPLICATION DU PHENOMENE. TRES TOT, L'ETAT INDIEN COMPRIS L'IMPORTANCE DES D'UN SOUTIEN A ACCORDER AUX INDUSTRIES RURALES, ET AUX EMPLOIS RURAUX NON-AGRICOLES EN GENERAL. IL DUT ACCEPTER UN COMPROMIS ENTRE LA VALORISATION DE LA RURALITE, CARACTERISTIQUE DU DISCOURS GANDHIEN, ET L'IDEOLOGIE PLANIFICATRICE ET INDUSTRIALISTE DE NEHRU. LA DISTINCTION GEOGRAPHIQUE ENTRE TERROIRS IRRIGUES ET NON-IRRIGUES APPARAIT PEU PERTINENTE, MIS A PART L'EMIGRATION LEMPORAIRE QUI REPRESENTE EN MILIEU SEC LA PRINCIPALE STRATEGIE DE DIVERSIFICATION. LA STRUCTURE DE L'EMPLOI EST LARGEMENT DETRMINEE PAR LA PROXIMITE DE VILLES QUI OFFRENT DES EMPLOIS, ET PAR LES CIRCONSTANCES HISTORIQUES QUI ONT FAVORISE L'EMERGENCE DE SPECIALISATION REGIONALES, COMME LE TRAVAIL DE LA SOIE. MAIS FINALEMENT, LES EFFORTS PUBLICS D'INDUSTRIALISATION RURALE APPARAISSENT EN ECHEC, ET, A L'EXCEPTION DE DAS SPECIFIQUES, LE SECTEUR RURAL NONAGRICOLE JOUE RELATIVEMENT PEU EN FAVEUR D'UNE RETENTION DES POPULATIONS RURALES. EN OUTRE, UNE AGRICULTURE DYNAMIQUE N'APPARAIT PAS EN MESURE DE SOUTENIR SEULE UN EFFET DE DIVERSIFICATION DES ECONOMIES RURALES.

Book L entreprise rurale

Download or read book L entreprise rurale written by Luc Bodiguel and published by Editions L'Harmattan. This book was released on 2002 with total page 481 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle.

Book Problems of the Agricultural Development of Less Favoured Areas in Europe

Download or read book Problems of the Agricultural Development of Less Favoured Areas in Europe written by Sam Stuart and published by Elsevier. This book was released on 2017-05-03 with total page 277 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Problems of the Agricultural Development of Less-Favoured Areas in Europe is a collection of papers from a symposium of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe and Food and Agriculture Organization held in Geneva on May 22-26, 1978. This collection of papers covers European countries with areas where agricultural development is limited. This book defines less-favored agricultural areas as those places where there is limited agricultural development, of different sizes and economic and social importance. These areas are also defined as suffering serious deterioration of the natural environment and of economic and social activities. This book then presents country reports covering problem areas in Austria, Belgium, Czechoslovakia, Finland, France, and Germany. In reviewing each of these countries, and other countries as well, the text presents each government's objectives concerning the rural areas, the actual strategies and policies pursued by the state, and the problems encountered when implementing these policies. This text also gives the methodologies used in evaluating these programs. This book can prove useful for government officials and ministries dealing with the agricultural sector, heads of volunteer organizations dealing with countryside development, and academicians in political science and developmental planning.
