Download or read book Le positionnement strat gique d une firme multinationale dans un environnement turbulent written by Seddik Larkeche and published by . This book was released on 2002 with total page 1168 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle.

Download or read book La firme multinationale une introduction conomique written by Pierre Jacquemot and published by FeniXX. This book was released on 1990-01-01T00:00:00+01:00 with total page 233 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: L'OBJECTIF DE CETTE THESE CONSISTE A COMPRENDRE POURQUOI ET PAR QUELS PROCESSUS UNE ENTREPRISE, DANS LE CADRE D'UNE INTENTION STRATEGIQUE FONDEE SUR SES PROPRES RESSOURCES, EST SUSCEPTIBLE DE TRANSFORMER SON ENVIRONNEMENT CONCURRENTIEL, EN Y BOULEVERSANT LES RAPPORTS DE DOMINATION. PARTANT DES LIMITES DES APPROCHES CLASSIQUES DE LA STRATEGIE, L'ANALYSE SE CENTRE EN PRIORITE SUR L'ENTREPRISE, POUR APPREHENDER LE PROCESSUS D'ACTION SUR L'ENVIRONNEMENT. LA REVUE DE LA LITTERATURE ETUDIE LES NOTIONS DE RESSOURCE, D'APTITUDE ORGANISATIONNELLE, D'APPRENTISSAGE ORGANISATIONNEL ET D'INTENTION STRATEGIQUE. CES CONCEPTS SONT ARTICULES DE SORTE A FORMER UN MODELE D'INVESTIGATION, DECLINE EN PROPOSITIONS DE RECHERCHE, EXPLICATIVES DE LA TRAJECTOIRE CONCURRENTIELLE D'UNE ENTREPRISE. AFIN DE QUESTIONNER LA VALIDITE DE CE MODELE, TROIS MONOGRAPHIES SONT REALISEES, PORTANT SUR TROIS ENTREPRISES : SALOMON (ARTICLES DE SPORT), SEB (PETIT EQUIPEMENT DOMESTIQUE) ET LE DEPARTEMENT INGENIERIE D'AIR LIQUIDE (GAZ INDUSTRIELS). POUR CHAQUE CAS SONT ETUDIES LE PORTEFEUILLE DE RESSOURCES, LES MECANISMES DE MANAGEMENT DES RESSOURCES ET LA VISION STRATEGIQUE. L'OBJECTIF CONSISTE A APPRECIER EN QUOI LE PORTEFEUILLE DE RESSOURCES ET LA VISION QUI LE SOUS-TEND ONT CONTRIBUE A MODIFIER L'ETAT DE LA CONCURRENCE. LES MONOGRAPHIES MONTRENT QUE, INSCRIT DANS LE CADRE D'UNE INTENTION STRATEGIQUE CARACTERISEE PAR SA DEMESURE ET SA DEVIANCE, LE PORTEFEUILLE DE RESSOURCES ET APTITUDES ORGANISATIONNELLES DE L'ENTREPRISE EST SOUMIS A DES EFFETS DE TENSION ET DE LEVIER. SA MISE EN OEUVRE CONDUIT A DES STRATEGIES SUBVERSIVES, BOULEVERSANT L'ORDRE ETABLI ET DESTABILISANT LES CONCURRENTS EN PLACE. IDEALEMENT, IL S'ENSUIT L'INSTAURATION D'UN NOUVEL EQUILIBRE, DONT LES REGLES DU JEU SONT ETROITEMENT LIEES AUX RESSOURCES DETENUES PAR L'ENTREPRISE AYANT MENE LA DESTRUCTURATION. L'INTENTION STRATEGIQUE INDUIT LA TRANSFORMATION DE L'ENVIRONNEMENT EN CE QU'ELLE ROMPT, SUR LE LONG TERME, AVEC LES HABITUDES ET LES NORMES DU JEU CONCURRENTIEL.

Book Yves Doz Le processus strat gique de l entreprise multinationale

Download or read book Yves Doz Le processus strat gique de l entreprise multinationale written by Thierry Burger-Helmchen and published by Éditions EMS. This book was released on 2014-08-25 with total page 27 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle.

Book Community Rights and Corporate Responsibility

Download or read book Community Rights and Corporate Responsibility written by Liisa North and published by Between The Lines. This book was released on 2006 with total page 264 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Canadian mining activity in Latin America has exploded over the past decade and a half. Investors have responded to neoliberal policies of deregulation, privatization, state-downsizing, and export promotion encouraged by leading capitalist nations and international financial institutions such as the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank. The result, predictably, has been sharp conflicts between the communities affected by mining and their advocates on one side, and the transnational mining companies supported by the local state and the Canadian government on the other. This collection, the most comprehensive in the English-language to date, investigates these conflicts in Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Mexico, and Nicaragua. Contributors address the related sustainable development, community, corporate, legal, and social issues. A valuable contribution to Latin American development studies, this collection will prove of interest to students and specialists in the field, journalists, NGOs, and policymakers.

Book Human Resource Strategy

Download or read book Human Resource Strategy written by Peter A. Bamberger and published by SAGE Publications. This book was released on 2000-02-15 with total page 228 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Human Resource Strategy provides an overview of the academic and practitioner responses to these and other questions. Applying an integrative framework, the authors review twenty years' worth of empirical and theoretical research in an attempt to reconcile often-conflicting conceptual models and competing empirical results. The authors present much of the relevant research in the context of the critical strategic decisions that executives must actually make with regard to human resource investments and deployments. As a result, often complex theoretical models and scientific findings are presented such that they are not only understandable but also highly relevant to non-research-oriented practitioners.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The United Nations included sustainable cities and communities in its 2030 SDGs. Cities and, on a smaller scale, neighborhoods, building managers and firms are now adopting technologies and information systems to help achieve the energy, economic, social and environmental transition. This volume gathers contributions on the key organizational success factors for this transition. To do so, it analyzes the role of information systems, use of data, and technological assistance solutions from multiple perspectives. The goal is to develop a framework that can successfully apply information systems to organizational and environmental issues for smart cities and smart buildings. Accordingly, the book addresses living-lab experiment evaluation techniques, and provides critical analyses of the role of the environment, context and users’ behavioral responses. In addition, it discusses key questions on the efficient management of resources, need for appropriate IT solutions, and employing co-creation with users to improve planning and organization.

Book Central Banking in Turbulent Times

Download or read book Central Banking in Turbulent Times written by Francesco Papadia and published by Oxford University Press. This book was released on 2018-03-09 with total page 347 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Central banks came out of the Great Recession with increased power and responsibilities. Indeed, central banks are often now seen as 'the only game in town', and a place to put innumerable problems vastly exceeding their traditional remit. These new powers do not fit well, however, with the independence of central banks, remote from the democratic control of government. Central Banking in Turbulent Times examines fundamental questions about the central banking system, asking whether the model of an independent central bank devoted to price stability is the final resting point of a complex development that started centuries ago. It dissects the hypothesis that the Great Recession has prompted a reassessment of that model; a renewed emphasis on financial stability has emerged, possibly vying for first rank in the hierarchy of objectives of central banks. This raises the risk of dilemmas, since the Great Recession brought into question implicit assumptions that the pursuit of price stability would also lead to financial stability. In addition, the border between monetary and fiscal policy was blurred both in the US and in Europe. Central Banking in Turbulent Times asks whether the model prevailing before the Great Recession has been irrevocably altered. Are we entering, as Charles Goodhart has hypothesized, into the 'fourth epoch' of central banking? Are changes to central banks part of a move away from the global liberal order that seemed to have prevailed at the turn of the century? Central Banking in Turbulent Times seeks to answer these questions as it examines how changes can allow for the maintenance of price stability, while adapting to the long-term consequences of the Great Recession.
