Le plan de management des risques n'est pas réalisé dans l'industrie pharmaceutique puisque l'Assurance Qualité est chargée d'identifier les risques sur le produit. Il pourrait cependant avoir une utilité. L'utilisation du management visuel permet d'être plus flexible à condition de traiter uniquement les tâches cruciales. L'intérêt du management agile n'a pas pu être démontré mais les principes agiles sont essentiels pour gérer un projet en univers normé. Les outils logiciels peuvent faciliter le travail du chef de projet mais la sophistication des outils doit répondre à un besoin. Cette thèse se destine aux managers de l'innovation confrontés à des normes dans leur travail.
