This book is a part of the fight against the lack of civic engagement, extremism, religious radicalism and terrorism in all socio-economic spheres of society. In this book, there are basic elements for a new approach against terrorism; through prevention, risk reduction, preparedness, response, and recovery (PRP2R) using SARA, 3F- PET and PECU. This book aims to equip the Defense and Security Forces (DSF) with new skills to continue their fight against terrorism; as well as urban and rural populations to understand the dangers surrounding them.
