L'accent doit alors être mis sur la prévention du risque professionnel via des moyens de protection visuelle, le respect des procédures d'utilisation des lampes à photopolymériser et la configuration de l'éclairage LED. Le praticien doit également être encouragé dès sa formation initiale à mettre en place un suivi ophtalmologique tout au long de sa carrière afin de préserver sa vision.
