Afin d'améliorer les procédures en vigueuret surtout de les harmoniser entre tous les États membres, la Commission Européenne a élaboré un texte réglementairevisant à les unifier.Au regard du bouleversement en cours de la législation européenne, cette thèse a pour objectif demettre en évidencela nécessitéd'un système unique de demande d'autorisation d'essai clinique afin d'accélérer la mise sur le marché de nouvelles prises en charge thérapeutiques et ainsi,le progrès médical.
