Se inicia con una reflexión sobre la formación aluvional de este procedimiento especial, para continuar con un análisis de sus potencialidades actuales a través de las distintas fases del proceso (cognición, recurso y ejecución), analizando todas y cada una de sus singularidades procesales. Un recorrido exhaustivo que no pierde nunca la perspectiva de analizar si esta modalidad especial, en los términos en los que ha quedado finalmente conformada, proporciona una adecuada tutela judicial a los (tan necesitados de ella) derechos de conciliación de la vida personal, laboral y familiar.
