Este libro como resultado del análisis comparado, propone para los ordenamientos comparados para la aplicación de nuevos principios en materia de responsabilidad parental; por ejemplo; la responsabilidad por el hecho de la concepción, la buena fe y la auto responsabilidad como criterios para orienta y valorar la conducta de los padres, de manera que se pueda determinar cuando el ejercicio de la responsabilidad parental puede conducir a la precaución de daños susceptibles de reparación.
