Este es un libro de Derecho aplicado al e-commerce, que trata los aspectos normativos, comerciales y tecnológicos más importantes del negocio. Está basado en normativa argentina, pero tiene una mirada regional. Nuestro propósito como autores —como miembros de equipos que hacen negocios, más que abogados o tecnólogos— es presentar los aspectos normativos que cualquier interesado en la materia debería considerar. La obra surge a partir del pedido de los alumnos del Programa de Derecho del Comercio Electrónico de la Maestría en Propiedad Intelectual y Nuevas Tecnologías de la Universidad Austral, quienes no tenían un libro de cabecera.
