This book was released on 1997 with total page 650 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: LE CONSEIL DE L'UNION EUROPEENNE VIENT D'ADOPTER LE 21 MAI 1997, DANS LE CADRE DE LA PROCEDURE DE CO-DECISION PREVUE PAR L'ARTICLE 189B DU TRAITE, UNE POSITION COMMUNE SUR LA PROPOSITION DE DIRECTIVE DU CONSEIL ET DU PARLEMENT EUROPEEN RELATIVE AU DROIT D'ETABLISSEMENT DES AVOCATS DANS LA COMMUNAUTE EUROPEENNE. CE PROJET DE DIRECTIVE CONSTITUE LE TROISIEME ET DERNIER INSTRUMENT DE DROIT COMMUNAUTAIRE DERIVE QUI CONCERNE LA PROFESSION D'AVOCAT. IL AURA FALLU UNE VINGTAINE D'ANNEES DE NEGOCIATIONS DIFFICILES POUR Y PARVENIR. L'OBJET DE CETTE ETUDE EST PRECISEMENT DE COMPRENDRE EN QUOI L'ENCADREMENT JURIDIQUE DE L'EXERCICE DE LA PROFESSION D'AVOCAT DANS LA COMMUNAUTE EUROPEENNE S'AVERE PROBLEMATIQUE ET QUELLES SONT LES DISPOSITIONS DU DROIT COMMUNAUTAIRE ACTUELLEMENT EN VIGUEUR EN LA MATIERE. IL EST VRAI QU'AU PREMIER ABORD L'ORGANISATION DE CHACUNE DES PROFESSIONS NATIONALES D'AVOCAT FAIT RESSORTIR UNE GRANDE DIVERSITE DE COUTUMES ET DE REGLEMENTATIONS PARTICULIERES, DONT L'INCIDENCE SUR L'ACTIVITE CONTEMPORAINE DES PRATICIENS SEMBLE PRESENTER AUTANT D'OBSTACLES A SON HARMONISATION COMMUNAUTAIRE. TOUTEFOIS, L'ETUDE DE LA QUESTION REVELE QUE CES OBSTACLES TIENNENT DAVANTAGE AU CONCEPT NATIONAL DU METIER D'AVOCAT DANS LES QUINZE ETATS MEMBRES, QU'AUX ENTRAVES TECHNIQUES QUI PEUVENT SURGIR A L'OCCASION DE L'EXERCICE DE LA PROFESSION D'AVOCAT DANS UN AUTRE PAYS DE LA COMMUNAUTE EUROPEENNE. CECI AMENE PAR AILLEURS A SE DEMANDER SI L'EVOLUTION ACTUELLE DES CONDITIONS D'EXERCICE DE CETTE PROFESSION, ET PLUS PARTICULIEREMENT CELLES QUI CORRESPONDENT AUX ACTIVITES TRANSFRONTALIERES DES AVOCATS, NE FONT PAS NAITRE DES BESOINS IDENTIQUES (APPROPRIATION DES DONNEES DE DROIT ETRANGER, COMPOSANTE MULTINATIONALE DES ASSOCIES OU COLLABORATEURS, INTERPROFESSIONNALITE ETC.), QUI DEPASSENT LES PARTICULARITES DE CHAQUE STATUT NATIONAL POUR ABOUTIR A UN ENCADREMENT REGLEMENTAIRE NATIONAL A BUT IDENTIQUE, ET DONC SUSCEPTIBLE D'HARMONISATION.

Book The linguistic integration of adult migrants from one country to another from one language to another

Download or read book The linguistic integration of adult migrants from one country to another from one language to another written by Council of Europe and published by Council of Europe. This book was released on 2014-01-01 with total page 58 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The linguistic integration of migrants affects every aspect of settling in a new country (employment, health, etc.). The aim of this collection of texts is to propose a number of specific measures member states can take to help adult migrants become acquainted with the language of the host country. The main focus is on organising language courses that meet migrants’ real communication needs. It is not enough for authorities simply to consider the technical aspects of such courses, they should also design and conduct them in accordance with the fundamental values of the Council of Europe. A number of issues concerning the linguistic integration of adult migrants are presented here, beginning with the notion of linguistic integration itself. Family reunion, the nature of citizenship and the function of language tests, among others, are dealt with from the point of view of language and language use. Readers are invited to reflect on the type of language competences that need to be acquired as well as an appropriate use of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. The collection also sets out approaches and instruments designed to assist in implementing effective policies.
