Book La gestion durable des ressources en eau en milieu agricole

Download or read book La gestion durable des ressources en eau en milieu agricole written by Roselyne Allemand and published by Administration et Aménagement du Territoire. This book was released on 2010 with total page 180 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle.

Download or read book La pollution agricole diffuse par l azote sur le bassin versant de l Elorn written by Monique Launay and published by . This book was released on 1997 with total page 327 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: LA MISE EN PLACE DE PROGRAMMES DE REDUCTION DE LA POLLUTION DIFFUSE D'ORIGINE AGRICOLE NECESSITE DES MOYENS DE SUIVI ET D'APPRECIATION DES ACTIONS ENTREPRISES. DANS LE CADRE DU CONTRAT DE BAIE "RADE DE BREST", UNE METHODE DE DIAGNOSTIC DE RISQUE DE POLLUTION DIFFUSE AZOTEE EST MISE EN PLACE SUR LE BASSIN VERSANT DE L'ELORN, CARACTERISE PAR UN ELEVAGE INTENSIF. LA COMBINAISON D'UN INDICE DE PRESSION DE POLLUTION AVEC UN INDICE DE SENSIBILITE DU MILIEU DANS UN INDICE DE RISQUE PERMET DE TENIR COMPTE DES DEUX ASPECTS DU PHENOMENE DE POLLUTION DIFFUSE : LA PRODUCTION ET LE TRANSFERT. L'INDICE EST CONSTRUIT PAR L'INTEGRATION ET LE CROISEMENT DE DONNEES RELATIVES AU MILIEU ET AUX PRATIQUES AGRICOLES DANS UN SIG. CES DONNEES SONT ISSUES DE L'ETUDE DETAILLEE D'UN BASSIN VERSANT EXPERIMENTAL, LE KEROUALLON, SITUE SUR UN AFFLUENT DE L'ELORN. L'INDICE DE RISQUE EST VALIDE A L'AIDE D'UN MODELE DE LESSIVAGE DE NITRATES (BURNS) QUI PERMET DE RETROUVER LE FLUX DE NITRATES A L'EXUTOIRE. L'INDICE DE RISQUE PERMET DONC DE FAIRE UN DIAGNOSTIC DE POLLUTION AZOTEE SUR LE BASSIN VERSANT EXPERIMENTAL. SON DOMAINE D'APPLICATION EST CEPENDANT LIMITE AUX REGIONS D'ELEVAGE INTENSIF, CARACTERISEES PAR UN CLIMAT OCEANIQUE. L'EXTRAPOLATION DE L'INDICE DE RISQUE SUR LE BASSIN VERSANT DE L'ELORN REPOSE SUR UNE AGREGATION ET UNE SIMPLICATION DE L'INFORMATION EN FONCTION DES DONNEES DISPONIBLES A L'ECHELLE DE L'ELORN. LA TELEDETECTION EST UTILISEE POUR RECUEILLIR L'UTILISATION DU SOL QUI EST INTEGREE DANS L'INDICE DE RISQUE. LE SIG PERMET DE VERIFIER LA PRECISION DES DONNEES UTILISEES. L'INDICE DE RISQUE EST CALCULE SUR DES SOUS BASSINS VERSANTS DE L'ELORN ET VALIDE PAR UNE COMPARAISON AUX CONCENTRATIONS EN NITRATES DE CHAQUE SOUS BASSIN VERSANT. L'INDICE DE RISQUE SIMPLIFIE PERMET DE CLASSER LES SOUS BASSINS VERSANTS DANS UN ORDRE DE PRIORITE DANS LE CADRE DE LA MISE EN PLACE D'ACTIONS DE REDUCTION DE LA POLLUTION DIFFUSE.

Book Streams and Ground Waters

Download or read book Streams and Ground Waters written by Jeremy B. Jones and published by Elsevier. This book was released on 1999-12-06 with total page 447 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Streams around the world flow toward the sea in floodplains. All along this transit, there is exchange of water between the stream itself and the surrounding sediments which form the floodplain. Many chemical, biological, and geological processes occur when water moves back and forth between streams and these flood plain sediments. Streams and Groundwaters focuses on the consequences of water flow between streams, their underlying sediments, and surrounding landscapes. Certain to appeal to anyone interested in stream ecology, the management of stream ecosystems, or landscape ecology, this volume should become a oft-opened reference.

Book Insurgent Love

Download or read book Insurgent Love written by Ardath Whynacht and published by Fernwood Publishing. This book was released on 2021-10-31T00:00:00Z with total page 146 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Domestic homicide is violence that strikes within our most intimate relations. The most common strategy for addressing this kind of transgression relies on policing and prisons. But through examining commonly accepted typologies of high-risk intimate partner violence, Ardath Whynacht shows that policing can be understood as part of the same root problem as the violence it seeks to mend and provides an abolitionist frame for the most dangerous forms of intimate partner violence. This book illustrates that the origins of both the carceral state and toxic masculinity are situated in settler colonialism and racial capitalism and sees police homicide and domestic homicide as akin. Describing an experience of domestic homicide in her community and providing a deeply personal analysis of some of the most recent cases of homicide in Canada, the author inhabits the complexity of seeking abolitionist justice. Insurgent Love traces the major risk factors for domestic homicide within the structures of racial capitalism and suggests transformative, anti-capitalist, anti-racist, feminist approaches for safety, prevention and justice.

Presenting the wide-ranging views of academicians, environmentalists, policy makers, consultants, planners, engineers, hydrologists, biologists, geochemists, ecologists, and conservationists, Wetlands: Environmental Gradients, Boundaries, and Buffers focuses on current topics and research related to wetland delineation; summarizes the main issues of concern; and provides recommendations on research needs. In addition to integrating the most important research and theoretical aspects, this book includes a strong prescriptive component, providing practicing professionals with specific guidance on defining the true dimensions of a wetland area.

Book Agroecological Transitions From Theory to Practice in Local Participatory Design

Download or read book Agroecological Transitions From Theory to Practice in Local Participatory Design written by Jacques-Eric Bergez and published by Springer. This book was released on 2019-02-28 with total page 335 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: This Open Access book presents feedback from the ‘Territorial Agroecological Transition in Action’- TATA-BOX research project, which was devoted to these specific issues. The multidisciplinary and multi-organisation research team steered a four-year action-research process in two territories of France. It also presents: i) the key dimensions to be considered when dealing with agroecological transition: diversity of agriculture models, management of uncertainties, polycentric governance, autonomies, and role of actors’ networks; ii) an operational and original participatory process and associated boundary tools to support local stakeholders in shifting from a shared diagnosis to a shared action plan for transition, and in so doing developing mutual understanding and involvement; iii) an analysis of the main effects of the methodology on research organisation and on stakeholders’ development and application; iv) critical analysis and foresights on the main outcomes of TATA-BOX, provided by external researchers.
