Aujourd'hui au cœur de la révolution numérique et cartographique, et forte de nouveaux outils de haute technologie – comme les satellites de navigation permettant la géolocalisation en temps réel –, la géographie militaire connaît de profondes mutations. Philippe Boulanger analyse ces changements avec maestria et nous guide dans ces territoires peu connus de l'historien, revenant sur l'invention de cette géographie spécifique, sur ses liens avec les opérations militaires et sur son avenir.
