A estas alturas todos sabemos que los precios de la vivienda (o del producto inmobiliario) están bajando, y con el desarrollo de este trabajo intentaremos responder a los interrogantes del cómo, cuánto, y porque de esta situación, así como los factores que influyen o que han influido en crear estas condiciones de mercado. En primer lugar intentaremos explicar que ha pasado en España, conocer los antecedentes que nos darán un conocimiento de la situación creada previo al inicio de la crisis económica mundial y como ha podido sostenerse dicha situación durante tanto tiempo. Haremos un repaso de la legislación que afecta directamente al sector, básicamente la evolución de la regulación normativa del suelo, como ha evolucionado y qué situación se dio que facilitara la aparición de la conocida burbuja inmobiliaria en España. Intentaremos conocer el motivo que dio lugar a la laxitud en las restricciones al otorgamiento de los créditos hipotecarios. Porque las hipotecas llegaron a bajar sus restricciones hasta tal punto que prestaran dinero a gente con recursos limitados. Cómo ha afectado la crisis mundial en España y, a su particular, burbuja inmobiliaria. Cómo ha evolucionado el precio de la vivienda en España en estos últimos años y porqué. Cómo ha evolucionado el precio de las hipotecas en España. Que reformas se están aplicando, se han aplicado y creemos que deberían aplicarse para mejorar el sistema financiero actual.

It explores culturally-charged landscapes that effectively convey the zeitgeist and reveal deep-rooted anxieties about issues such as globalization, consumerism, immigration, speculation, precarity, and political resistance (particularly by Indignados [Indignant Ones] from the 15-M Movement). The book loosely traces the trajectory of the crisis, with the first part looking at texts that underscore some of the behaviors that indirectly contributed to the crisis, and the remaining chapters focusing on works that directly examine the crisis and its aftermath. This close reading of texts and films by Ray Loriga, Elia Barceló, Ion de Sosa, José Ardillo, David Llorente, Eduardo Vaquerizo, and Ricardo Menéndez Salmón offers insights into the creative ways that these authors and directors use spatial constructions to capture the dystopian imagination.

Rapid and uneven expansion of tourism as a response to the 2008 economic crisis has proceeded in parallel with the rise of social discontent concerning so-called "overtourism." Meanwhile, despite decades of concerted global effort to achieve sustainable development, socioecological conflicts and inequality have rarely reversed, but in fact increased in many places. Degrowth, understood as both social theory and social movement, has emerged within the context of this global crisis. However, thus far the vibrant degrowth discussion has yet to engage systematically with the tourism industry in particular, while, by the same token, tourism research has largely neglected explicit discussion of degrowth. This volume brings the two discussions together to interrogate their complementarity. Identifying a growth imperative in the basic structure of the capitalist economy, the contributors contend that mounting critique of overtourism can be understood as a structural response to the ravages of capitalist development more broadly. Debate concerning overtourism thus offers a valuable opportunity to re-politicise discussion of tourism development generally.
