El estudio propone un protocolo de evaluación positiva basado en el método F-Psico del INSHT1, que sirve de herramienta de gestión del trabajo permitiendo a la vez el diagnóstico de las condiciones psicosociales y la intervención psicosocial al favorecer un clima de participación y confianza entre todos los miembros de la empresa. La salud laboral es un reto y una prioridad social que necesita ser abordada con urgencia, con un aumento de información, formación y, sobre todo, de sensibilización acerca de lo que son estos riesgos y su gestión, donde incluiríamos la conveniencia de realizar evaluaciones de riesgos psicosociales más positivas. El proyecto del presente estudio recoge este problema y plantea las mejoras preventivas tras la realización en las empresas de la evaluación de sus riesgos psicosociales, como un instrumento de mejora continua y optimización del clima laboral, de la salud de su organización. Este proceso facilitará a su vez la labor de profesionales de la seguridad y salud laboral y ayudará a normalizar e integrar los factores organizativos en sus tareas de prevención e intervención.
