Neuf langues régionales y sont représentées : le kikongo, le kimbundu, l'umbundu, le nyaneka-humbe, l'osihelelo, le cokwe, le ngangela, l'osiwanbo et l'osindonga. En plus du portugais, langue officielle et de scolarité, notre étude se base sur trois langues régionales (le kikongo, le kimbundu et l'umbundu) à cause de leur représentativité démographique au niveau du pays. L'enchevêtrement linguistique du portugais et des trois langues régionales provoque des interférences dans l'enseignement du FLE. Ces interférences peuvent se manifester dans plusieurs domaines : phonétique et phonologique, morpho-syntaxique, lexico-sémantique et culturel, etc. Nous proposons des corrections de ces différents types d'erreurs. Pour les problèmes phonétiques, nous utilisons la méthode verbo-tonale qui prend comme point de départ la perception erronée de l'apprenant et qui postule qu'une bonne perception entraîne une bonne production.

Quelle est sa formation)? Comment enseigne-t-il)? À qui enseignent-ils)?Les réponses à ces questions ont nécessité l'élucidation des plusieurs concepts. Ce travail a privilégié une approche comparative avec des vidéographies de classe et des entretiens. Nous avons décrit les activités de classe en nous intéressant à la fois à la circulation des savoirs et surtout à l'analyse des gestes professionnels des professeurs de nos institutions universitaires. Ainsi, deux types d'analyse ont été privilégiés à savoir linguistique et didactique.La thèse a vérifié l'hypothèse selon laquelle la didactique du français langue étrangère permet d'élaborer des savoirs linguistiques et culturels adaptés au contexte angolais, de pallier les difficultés dans l'activité enseignante et de faire des apprenants les acteurs de leur propre apprentissage. ________________________________________ ______________________________________

Des publications existent sur des aspects du lexique, sur la langue de tel ou tel auteur, et des remarques sont faites dans divers travaux. Cette étude est une étude large de la langue portugaise d'Angola, considérant la phonologie, le lexique et la syntaxe, sur la base des travaux partiels existant et d'un corpus d'enregistrements de locuteurs angolais et de textes écrits variés. Il n'existe pas de norme du portugais d'Angola et le portugais européen sert de référence en Angola. Cependant, dans une réelle diversité d'appropriation par les Angolais de la langue portugaise, il existe des caractères permettant d'identifier comme angolais un locuteur ou un texte. Cette réalité permet de se poser la question d'une troisième norme de la langue portugaise dans ce pays, car l'Angola est, après le Portugal et le Brésil, le pays de langue officielle portugaise où la langue portugaise est la plus implantée. Les langues bantu du substrat sont l'élément principal de l'écosystème angolais et elles ont exercé leur influence sur l'adaptation de la langue portugaise en Angola. Parmi elles, c'est le kimbundu qui joue le plus grand rôle et qui se révèle même la langue ayant eu, dans l'histoire de la langue portugaise, la plus longue interaction avec celle-ci, interaction dont les effets sont présents dans le portugais du Portugal et dans le portugais du Brésil. L'hypothèse principale pour l'interprétation de la spécificité du portugais d'Angola, est la superposition de deux systèmes, le système du portugais européen et le système des langues bantu.

The World Education Forum at Dakar began to recognize the growing importance of post-primary schooling for development. Only 25 percent of school-age children attend secondary school in the region--and fewer complete successfully, having consequences for gender equity, poverty reduction, and economic growth. As universal primary schooling becomes a reality, demand for secondary schools is increasing rapidly. Gaps between the educational levels of the labor force in Sub-Saharan Africa and other regions remain large. Girls are more often excluded from secondary schools than boys. Secondary schooling costs are high to both governments and households. This study explores how access to secondary education can be increased. Radical reforms are needed in low-enrollment countries to make secondary schooling more affordable and to provide more access to the majority currently excluded. The report identifies the rationale for increasing access, reviews the status of secondary education in Sub-Saharan Africa, charts the growth needed in different countries to reach different levels of participation, identifies the financial constraints on growth, and discusses the reforms needed to make access affordable. It concludes with a road map of ways to increase the probability that more of Africa's children will experience secondary schooling.

Having been involved in research on language and culture for many years, I am particularly interested in linguistic and cultural assimilation or alienation, and under what conditions it takes place, especially today that more and more Moroccans speak French and are influenced by Western social behaviour more than ever before. In the process, I provide the reader with an updated description of the different facets of language use, language maintenance and shift, and language attitudes, focusing on the linguistic situation whose analysis is often blurred by emotional reactions, ideological discourses, political biases, simplistic assessments, and ethnolinguistic identities.
