Book La Valeur Institutionnelle Des Alliances Strat giques Inter Organisationnelles

Download or read book La Valeur Institutionnelle Des Alliances Strat giques Inter Organisationnelles written by Rachida Moussaid and published by . This book was released on 2022-12-21 with total page 0 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle.

Book excerpt: Strategic alliances - voluntary, long-term collaborations between firms to achieve their objectives - are attracting increasing attention in business schools because of their growing prevalence among organizations today. Mastering the art of managing strategic alliances allows firms to radically improve their performance and this book provides a detailed, evidence-based approach outlining the design, management, and evaluation of these alliances. Elaborating on the decision-making structures apparent during each stage in the alliance life-cycle and in elucidating cases from across the world, Strategic Alliance Management offers a systematic framework that provides insights into the development and deployment of alliances. Concluding with the three alliance paradoxes managers must address to design and manage their alliances effectively and efficiently, this text offers a profound vision of the key decision-making rationales and processes inherently related to strategic alliances. Book La l gitimit d une alliance strat gique

Download or read book La l gitimit d une alliance strat gique written by Anaïs Boutru and published by Editions L'Harmattan. This book was released on 2022-08-24 with total page 275 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle.

Download or read book L avantage des alliances written by Yves Doz and published by . This book was released on 2000 with total page 325 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle.

Download or read book Enjeux et formes du d veloppement d une strat gie d alliances written by Alain Schmidt and published by . This book was released on 1998 with total page 1186 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle.
