Le sujet ne se constitue et ne se justifie que de cette jouissance d'etre et d'exister. Malheur et tragedie ne sont, malgre leur frequence, que denaturation de l'existence humaine.Dans cette theorie du Desir-sujet, l'ethique eudemoniste trouve donc son fondement et la joie, sa condition de possibilite.
