Book excerpt: The myth of Atlantis knows many tales and has held people's fascination for hundreds of years. But did you know that Atlantis was not the earthly landmass everyone believes it to be? Atlantis is, in fact, a series of planes, or islands, which form a continent in a higher dimension. THOTH & The Keys to Atlantis is an updated interpretation of the Emerald Tablets, which were supposedly written by Thoth many thousands of years ago. It presents a completely new perspective on the beliefs surrounding the Flood, the Lost World of Atlantis, and the After Life. This intriguing and highly inspirational book sheds light on how the negativity of people has unbalanced the Earth and separated it from this once known pinnacle of beauty, as it falls into the lower dimensions of darkness and chaos. Thoth holds the Keys to Atlantis and hands them to whomever chooses to follow the Pathway to Light. The time has come for humanity to remember the truth behind the myth. Let us begin.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Why is this journey important? The words of Ascended Master Kuthumi may give an answer to this question: The key to a successful journey to Bimini will be in your abilities to access the Command's coding systems. What I mean is that you will receive the symbolism that will make your journey both intriguing and exciting. But reality reveals that the intrigue will actually came from your abilities to decode the keys. In the keys are contained the secrets to the power that Atlantis once knew. This power was the connection of mind energy to the source. It was harnessed energy of the sound frequencies, that must be combined with the color frequencies, for manifestation to occur. The key to the future for planet Earth is the harnessing of this energy, for when the decade of cleansing is complete, much that is around you today will have to be reborn. Therefore, one of the ways this will occur is to rediscover the paths and the keys of that former lifetime that will be used to rebuild the civilization as you visualize it to be.

  • Author : Abigail Williams
  • Publisher : Princeton University Press

Download or read book Reading It Wrong written by Abigail Williams and published by Princeton University Press. This book was released on 2023-09-19 with total page 328 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: How eighteenth-century literature depended on misinterpretation—and how this still shapes the way we read Reading It Wrong is a new history of eighteenth-century English literature that explores what has been everywhere evident but rarely talked about: the misunderstanding, muddle and confusion of readers of the past when they first met the uniquely elusive writings of the period. Abigail Williams uses the marginal marks and jottings of these readers to show that flawed interpretation has its own history—and its own important role to play—in understanding how, why and what we read. Focussing on the first half of the eighteenth century, the golden age of satire, Reading It Wrong tells how a combination of changing readerships and fantastically tricky literature created the perfect grounds for puzzlement and partial comprehension. Through the lens of a history of imperfect reading, we see that many of the period’s major works—by writers including Daniel Defoe, Eliza Haywood, Mary Wortley Montagu, Alexander Pope and Jonathan Swift—both generated and depended upon widespread misreading. Being foxed by a satire, coded fiction or allegory was, like Wordle or the cryptic crossword, a form of entertainment, and perhaps a group sport. Rather than worrying that we don’t have all the answers, we should instead recognize the cultural importance of not knowing.

Download or read book Network of Bones written by Sean Morey and published by Texas A&M University Press. This book was released on 2019-04-02 with total page 258 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Both a far-removed place of refuge for the fringe of society and a high-status vacation destination, the Keys remain a legendary yet fragile place, still threatened by a human-made disaster, the 2010 Deepwater Horizon oil spill. Likewise, Key West, Florida, can be many things to many people, evoking laidback Margaritaville for some and Ernest Hemingway for others. In this mixture of memoir, travel writing, philosophical reflection, natural and cultural history, and meditation on language, Sean Morey wrestles with the varied and often contradictory nature of his hometown. Morey turns a sharp eye inward, teasing out the layers of natural and cultural developments that have shaped the Keys for both millions of years and the past few decades. He asks: What does it take for humans to accept our impact on Earth and, more importantly, what will move humans to take action to reverse adverse impacts? The answer, Morey posits, lies in imaginative thinking—in building connections between locations and individual interests and backgrounds to create a foundation for widespread ecological ethics. In Network of Bones, Morey guides readers through different images of Key West and connects them to global environmental issues, including overfishing, rising sea levels, and polluted oceans. Morey’s writing stimulates memory and invites engagement with the world as he shows us how learning about one place—no matter how specific and eccentric that place might be—can teach us about all other places. It’s just a matter of imagination. The author's proceeds from the sale of this book will benefit Coastal Conservation Association Florida.
