It is almost surreal that you work so many hours, even throw in some overtime, by going in early and staying late, and yet all the money goes to the bills, rent, blah blah, and blah. You think of getting a second job, a side gig, or a hustle. But which one? With so many picking the right one is like looking for the right car or house. So, let me help you by picking out a job as an Amazon FBA: Product research. You’re probably wondering why anyone would want this job; well, for starters, you can work remotely on your time. And about 90% of people shop on amazon, and chances are, so do you. I bet the last time you purchased something online, and it came from Amazon. So, in a way, you are doing about ¼ of what the job requires. Plus, you get paid to research products and sell them. But if your thinking you have to sell, ship, and store in your home, guess what? You don’t. Amazon does all that. You research the product and ideal product of your choice to sell. In this book, you will learn the rules, the do’s and don’ts—the basics of what is needed. Not to mention how to influence buyers and launch the ideal product that will give you enough money in your pocket to have some spending cash. Who knows, you might make enough to turn it into a full-time job that many say they enjoy and live a decent lifestyle. Think about it, less stress, working from home, not being stuck on the freeway hearing honking cars, and people swearing like sailors because they haven’t had their coffee yet. Book Jungle Patrol the Story of the Philippine Constabulary 1901 1936

Download or read book Jungle Patrol the Story of the Philippine Constabulary 1901 1936 written by Vic Hurley and published by Cerberus Books. This book was released on 2011 with total page 423 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: "Always Out-Numbered, Never Out-Fought " ..... the Philippine Constabulary Jungle Patrol, the Story of the Philippine Constabulary (1901 - 1936) by Vic Hurley Hurley's remarkable and hard-to-find (1938) book about an obscure and heroic quasi-military force, the Philippine Constabulary, is now re-issued by Cerberus Books in a new, improved edition containing all of the original text and new material. The original edition is rarely for sale, and costly if found. This book details America's first experiment with jungle guerilla warfare and America's first experiment with the use of local native personnel as a police or military force under the command of 'foreigners' - American and European. Both of these military experiments are studied, even today, by West Point officers and cadets. Professional and amateur military historians and strategists, and historians from the West, Southeast Asia, and the Mid-East, as well as the families of these mythically heroic men, often search in vain for this rare book. At the end of the Spanish - American War the policy of the McKinley administration and the military authorities in the Philippines prohibited the use of the more than 70,000 U.S. troops in the islands, to suppress the nascent Philippine Army, the guerilla bands of independence warriors, and the outlaws, pirates, and brigands who had arisen. Initially the native battles were for Philippine independence, however the conflicts deteriorated into harsh and bloodthirsty attacks on foreign occupiers and peaceful villagers, alike. The Constabulary was, in reality, a small, poorly armed, 'black force' acting on behalf of an ineffective U.S. military and a politically infected Philippine Commission. Hurley, an Honorary Third Lieutenant in the Constabulary, recounts vividly and dramatically the real origin, handicaps, growth, development, use, strategies, and key battles of this force that many credit with being the single most important element in the Philippines' development of democratic self-rule.

Download or read book Amazon written by Paul Smith and published by Rowman & Littlefield. This book was released on 2022-11-28 with total page 367 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Amazon is everywhere. In our mailboxes, in delivery vans clogging our streets, in an increasing portion of our air traffic, in our grocery stores, on our televisions, in our smart home devices, and in the infrastructure powering many of the websites we visit. Amazon’s tendrils touch the majority of online retail transactions in the United States and in many other countries. As Amazon changes the face of capitalist business, it is also changing global culture in multiple ways. This book brings together some of the most important analyses of Amazon’s pioneering business practices and how they intersect with and affect the components of everyday culture. Its contributors examine the political economy of Amazon’s platform, making the argument that it operates as an unregulated monopoly that is disruptive to the global economy and that its infrastructure and logistical operations increasingly alienate its workers and wreak many other social harms. Our contributors outline the practices of resistance that have been employed by organizers ranging from Amazon employees to artists to digital piecemeal laborers working on Amazon’s Mechanical Turk platform. They examine the broader cultural impact that Amazon has had, looking at things like Amazon Prime and the creation of unending consumption, the absorption of Whole Foods and its brand of ‘conscious capitalism,’ and the impact of Amazon Studios and Prime Video on everyday film and television viewing practices. This book examines the broader environmental impacts that Amazon is having on the world, looking at the slow violence it incurs, its underwhelming Climate Pledge, and the regional impacts that its business practices have. Lastly, this book gathers together some important artistic responses to Amazon for the first time in an appendix that offers readers insight into other ways in which critics of the company are making their voices heard and attempting to move broader audiences into solidarity against Amazon.

Book How to Sell on Amazon

Download or read book How to Sell on Amazon written by Esther Odejimi and published by Esther B.. This book was released on 2023-02-16 with total page 192 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: How to Sell on Amazon – Subtitle: The Real Deal How to sell on Amazon is the 2nd series in the earlier published Kindle Book (Kindle and Paperback) titled “Amazon Goldmine – “How Amazon Can Make You a Millionaire”. I will advise you to buy Amazon Goldmine that will walk you through on how to buy and sell on Amazon, publish your books into Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP) and how to become an Affiliate Marketer with Amazon – this is simply by promoting the products on Amazon to existing and potential customers. If the customer buys through your affiliate link(s), you will earn a commission. I have therefore decided to pick one of the 3 recommended methods of utilising Amazon to earn “money” working from the comfort of your own house. Buying and reselling physical products online is called “e-Commerce”, and it is a method in which you can research online to buy and sell products on popular marketplaces like Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Etsy, BigCommerce, BigCartel, Facebook Marketplace, your own website and much more. While it is possible to combine 2 or more marketplaces at the same time, my advice to you is that you should start with Amazon where you can later add other marketplaces as stated above. One beauty of starting with Amazon first is that by the time that you are ready to launch into other marketplaces, Amazon will take care of packing, picking, and shipping to your customers. This is made possible if you use its popular fulfilment method that is known as Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA). With FBA, you only need to send your merchandise to an Amazon warehouse, which you will see when you add and list your products on Amazon Seller Central, once, Amazon takes delivery, you can relax, and you will receive an email alert that says: “Amazon has dispatched the item which you sold”. Not only that, but Amazon will also handle customer services, such as, responding to inquiries, problems, etc. In addition, Amazon will take responsibility for defect orders and other problems. E-commerce is gold and if you are not selling online, you are missing a great deal. This is because people will always buy whatever the economy might be or even in the face of pandemic, and this is the reason why I have decided to pick one out of the 3 recommended methods of using Amazon to make money online. Amazon Goldmine was first published in 2016 and since then Amazon has added other ways by which individuals and even organisations can make money online. In this 2nd series How to Sell on Amazon, I have excluded some of the platforms on Amazon Goldmine, since they are not reliable and will hurt your Amazon business. In addition, I have also listed the methods you can use to source for profitable items to resell. Happy reading and to your success!

Book Game of E Commerce

Download or read book Game of E Commerce written by Rose Bay and published by Archway Publishing. This book was released on 2023-05-30 with total page 80 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Game of E-Commerce primary goal is to simplify the selling process on Amazon USA & global platforms, divulge consumer product trade secrets & benefit an endowment of divergent thinking real life consumer products. What’s the definition of a leader? One who provides solutions. In addition to intellectual property powers afforded by Amazon to protect sellers, this literature offers an array of private label concepts that may be developed by any individual. In that sense they’re open-source patents. The brilliant Elon Musk acknowledged that Tesla’s intellectual property data are open-source patents. That means that any individual or entity may build a car using Mr. Musk’s patents. For what reason? To make the world a greener place. That was Mr. Musk’s response. In that charitable, gracious & generous environment, Game of E-Commerce also allows all concepts provided in this book to be developed by any individual. Express permission is hereby given. To illustrate a scenario where intellectual property is utilized, wouldn’t it be possible to develop popular computer programs that respond to a person’s eye movement? The way this would work is for the computer’s camera to follow eye movement & take commands when a specific time interval has elapsed. This is when the eye is aimed at a certain command such as “save document”. This would save immense time & energy to all consumers. The purpose of this literature is to raise the bar for all interested parties. It’s impossible to raise the sea level with a few drops of water, however, a tumultuous tropical rainstorm may raise the sea level by myriads. Tropical storms aren’t positive encounters, however, the concept of raising the level for all humanity is relevant & positive. It’s important to learn from the bad & utilize the bad for good purposes. Empower the bad for the good via transformation. The question arises, what’s the transformation process? By inspecting the negative attributes of the bad & finding solutions that transform them into good. That is the definition of a true leader.
