Tratase de um processo simples e rápido, que busca não apenas solucionar os conflitos por meio da conciliação, mas trazer paz social e segurança jurídica. O livro traz os principais Juizados Especiais Itinerantes realizados no Brasil, com destaque para a Região Norte e de forma especial os celebrados no Estado do Amazonas.
