They are also requested to send to the Secretary of the Convention, as early as they can, all titles to property belonging to the Diocese at large, which may be in their hands. The Secretary requests the Clergy to notify him of any errors - especially those in the names of persons, Parishes, Post-offices or places - which may have occurred in this Journal. He also desires particularly to be informed promptly of any changes which may take place among the Clergy previous to the next Convention. He wishes further to have the name and P. O. address of some person interested in the Church, in every Parish and Missionary station which has not a resident Minister.
