A travers 2 cas cliniques d'Hôpital de jour, j'ai souhaité démontrer en quoi une évaluation fine des comportements, intérêts et activités restreintes de l'enfant autiste ou présentant des troubles apparentés à l'autisme (TED) permet de poser un diagnostic, de mieux comprendre le fonctionnement singulier mais également de mieux les prendre en charge. La thérapie est d'une certaine manière une forme de jeu qui permet d'évaluer l'état psychique de l'enfant. Jouer avec un jeune patient n'est pour autant jamais innocent : "montres-moi comment tu joues, je te dirais comment tu vas ...".
