Book excerpt: Time travel. Every sober scientist claims it's utterly impossible. Of course, Phineas Templeton is no "sober" scientist, in any sense of the word. An arrogant English chap with a taste for fine scotch, Dr. Templeton also happens to be one of the finest minds the world of physics has ever known. By the year 2032, with funding from his shadowy Benefactor, he put the finishing touches on his time machine. His mission? Travel to ancient Judea and meet none other than Jesus Christ Himself. There's only one problem: upon his arrival, Dr. Templeton finds that "Jesus" is actually a time traveler from the future, a stoned grad student from Colorado named "Trent Albertson." Trent explains that history is fixed and immutable: "What happened, happened," no matter what meddlesome time travelers do during their stays in the past. The reality we experience is little more than the sum of the actions of countless time travelers that have already come, gone, and influenced the timeline, provided a very fickle universe allows them to. Upon attempting to return, Phineas is presented with an unusual new mission: a "scavenger hunt" through time, where if he is able to decode his Benefactor's cryptic clues and complete the tasks at hand, then maybe, just maybe, he'll be able to return home. But first, he'll have to meet his hero, Sir Isaac Newton, rescue a couple of American soldiers, survive an all-out attack by ancient Mayans, and even hunt dinosaurs millions of years in the past. Through it all, Dr. Templeton hovers on the fringes of his sanity, uncovers a vast conspiracy spanning thousands of years, and deals with existential questions that will shake you to your very core.

He also believes he's received a message from God. The message: go back in time and save Jesus Christ from being crucified. When a secret mission involving one of his inventions goes horribly wrong, Rydel obsessively tries to learn what caused the system failure and, in doing so, stumbles upon a physics-bending ability to travel through time. Overworked and massively sleep-deprived, Rydel believes he has received a message from God—save God’s son. And the man of science embarks on a world-changing quest to rescue Jesus. As he covers his tracks to journey back undetected, he neglects to factor in the consequences of a devastating butterfly effect. And he’s terrified to discover The Unit, a highly-trained team of elite soldiers, is hunting him down to stop him from making choices that could upend all of human history. Will The Unit find Rydel before he alters the past? And, if they find him, can some members of the elite force be persuaded to join Rydel on his mission to save Jesus Christ from the cross? “Save Him combines the physics of chaos theory and the whiz-bang action of a techno thriller to fuel a military page-turner that tests the faith of everyone involved.” - Blue Ink Reviews “Every time I thought I had this book figured out a little bit it surprised me...and then did it again and again.” - Amazon Review

Book Evidence of Time Travelers in the Bible

Download or read book Evidence of Time Travelers in the Bible written by Albert Douglas and published by Tate Publishing & Enterprises. This book was released on 2015-05-26 with total page 300 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The concept of time travel - traveling through time to the past or to the future as one travels through space - is utterly mind-bending. Therefore, the assertion of this book, that there is scriptural evidence of time travelers in biblical times, is an assertion that most people will find terribly strange and even shocking. But if you truly believe that, at times, truth can be stranger than fiction, you will read this book with an open mind, willing to search for the truth by examining the evidence yourself. As people of faith, if we affirm our belief that what is impossible for man is possible for God, then we should at least consider the proposition that what is theoretically possible for man has already been accomplished by God. In light of the noteworthy body of evidence in the Bible pointing to time travel, there seems to be a good probability that God has already accomplished what scientists believe to be theoretically possible.

A living, breathing, three-dimensional figure with a disconcertingly casual manner. Leo Resnick, a smart young Manhattan lawyer, and his girlfriend, Dr Miriam Maxwell, are confronted with this very reality. Leo's record of his encounter with The Man is fast-paced and thoughtful at the same time. Here Tilley showcases his ability to explore vast themes whilst creating a page-turning level of excitement. Woods shares the testimony of the life of a traveler whose journey would have ended in hell, from which there would be no escape. Thank God, that trip has been forever canceled; she has been rerouted and one day will enter into heaven, a destination that comes with everlasting benefits. Woods has a vital message to share: God gave humanity free choice to accept or reject His perfect will for salvation through the propitiation of Jesus Christ, the only begotten son of the Father. And the only infallible way to be saved from hell and enter heaven is to accept Jesus.
