Book Jesus Christ s Answers to the Coronavirus Pandemic

Download or read book Jesus Christ s Answers to the Coronavirus Pandemic written by Ryuho Okawa and published by HS Press. This book was released on 2020-05-26 with total page 206 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Two thousand years ago, Jesus Christ had made miracles such as healing diseases, but was then crucified and resurrected. Since then, his spirit has been listening to prayers from humankind, and offering salvation and guidance from heaven. However, over the course of history, churches have drifted from the heart of Jesus. So now, he has given answers to the problems in the modern world, not through the church, but through the religious master Ryuho Okawa, who has the high spiritual power to receive Jesus' words. This book is the record of the spiritual messages from Jesus given this April (2020) in which Jesus answered the causes, prospects, and coping strategies for the novel coronavirus pandemic. Okawa is the Master of Happy Science, a religion founded in 1986 and now joined by people in more than 100 countries across the world. He has given over 3,100 lectures and has published a total of more than 2,600 books worldwide, many of which are translated into 31 languages. Among these books, over 500 of them are the Spiritual Interview series recorded through Okawa's unparalleled spiritual ability. He can summon the spirit of any deceased person or any guardian spirit of a living person. Oftentimes, spirits visit Okawa to voice their opinion through him. According to Jesus, the coronavirus pandemic occurred as one of the apocalyptic phenomena planned for humans; it is a question asking them whether what they have done so far was right. A vaccine may not be produced immediately, but the important thing is for people to fire the spiritual power to defeat the evil thoughts of the dark forces that act on this virus. In the end of his spiritual message, Jesus speaks: I want the Christian world To look at the activities or work of Happy Science And awaken to their true purpose. It means I believe they will be awakened to true faith If they listen to my true voice. We hope all of you who believe in Jesus will read this book, listen to his voice, and receive his message.

Book excerpt: Discover a different way of seeing and responding to the Coronavirus pandemic, an approach drawing on Scripture, Christian history, and the way of living, thinking, and praying revealed to us by Jesus. What are we supposed to think about the Coronavirus crisis? Some people think they know: "This is a sign of the End," they say. "It's all predicted in the book of Revelation." Others disagree but are equally clear: "This is a call to repent. God is judging the world and through this disease he's telling us to change." Some join in the chorus of blame and condemnation: "It's the fault of the Chinese, the government, the World Health Organization…" N. T. Wright examines these reactions to the virus and finds them wanting. Instead, he shows that a careful reading of the Bible and Christian history offers simple though profound answers to our many questions, including: What should be the Christian response? How should we think about God? How do we live in the present? Why should we lament? What should we learn about ourselves? How do we recover? Written by one of the world's foremost New Testament scholars, God and the Pandemic will serve as your guide to read the events of today through the light of Jesus' death and resurrection.

Download or read book Coronavirus and Christ written by John Piper and published by Crossway. This book was released on 2020-04-08 with total page 112 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: “This is a time when the fragile form of this world is felt. The seemingly solid foundations are shaking. The question we should be asking is, Do we have a Rock under our feet? A Rock that cannot be shaken—ever?” —John Piper On January 11, 2020, a novel coronavirus (COVID-19) reportedly claimed its first victim in the Hubei province of China. By March 11, 2020, the World Health Organization had declared a global pandemic. In the midst of this fear and uncertainty, it is natural to wonder what God is doing. In Coronavirus and Christ, John Piper invites readers around the world to stand on the solid Rock, who is Jesus Christ, in whom our souls can be sustained by the sovereign God who ordains, governs, and reigns over all things to accomplish his wise and good purposes for those who trust in him. What is God doing through the coronavirus? Piper offers six biblical answers to that question, showing us that God is at work in this moment in history.

But all of those things have happened, and our lives have been forever altered. In this book, he seeks to discover what God is trying to reveal to us by letting COVID-19 run rampant. By studying the Bible, he discovered it is not silent when it comes to fighting an infectious disease. He answers questions such as: • How did ancient Israel fight the spread of another infectious disease—leprosy? • What does the Bible tell us about quarantining individuals who are sick or may be sick? • Why do some elected officials continue to display a lack of leadership amid the pandemic? The author also examines what the Bible says about using face coverings, what the world has done to fight other outbreaks of disease, and similarities between COVID-19 and other deadly viruses. Get simple, practical explanations from the Bible that will help you understand the spread of COVID-19—and how to protect yourself—with A Biblical Response to COVID-19.

How is God calling us to embrace the energy and creativity of this moment—and the longing people have felt for a return to community? What challenges will we face regathering the people of God, particularly in already weakened communities? We Shall Be Changed is a gathering of brief essays from thought leaders around the church on pressing topics that the church needs to be considering now—in preparation for the end of this pandemic. The book is designed to spur conversation within parishes, fellowship groups, and clergy gatherings about how to embrace the gifts this time has given while anticipating and addressing the very real challenges the church will confront in its wake.

Book Coronavirus the Pandemic of the Century and the Wrath of God

Download or read book Coronavirus the Pandemic of the Century and the Wrath of God written by Ramsis F. Ghaly MD and published by Xlibris Corporation. This book was released on 2020-08-25 with total page 796 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Towards the end of 2019, I started to feel that the Lord, our God, had had enough of the stubborn and stiff necked people as their wickedness, rebellion, and disobedience continued against him and his son. These actions were a resemblance of the days of Noah, Sodom, Gomorrah, and Nineveh. I felt that Jesus, the son of God, no longer had a home here on Earth. There was no place for him in homes, playgrounds, workplaces, and sadly, no home in the churches that worshipped his holy name. I witnessed the wrath of God against Satan, beginning with the apocalyptic fires in Australia that killed millions of animals and destroyed the beautiful land. I began to warn the world through my posts starting on January 5, 2020. I knew his wrath would continue, this time by way of an apocalyptic pandemic that would kill thousands of people. I began to dream about the looming crisis and started to share with the world through my social media. I decided to write my first post on January 30, 2020 relating to the pandemic, calling for a worldwide chain of prayer. I knew the Coronavirus pandemic could not be treated and that many casualties could be expected. I could feel that God was angry while Satan was elated at the state of our world. Following my posts in January of 2020, the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic began evolving. I continued to cry out to the world, but was attacked, mocked, and threatened as people accused me of spreading rumors. I was told to stop, as people said, “This virus is nothing. It’s just another flu.” Others said, “You’re supposed to be a scientist and should know that the seasonal flu takes the lives of thousands every year. This Coronavirus is no threat.” I wished that they all would see what I see and hear what I hear, but few did. I decided to record all of my thoughts, dreams, nightmares, prayers, reflections, and predictions about this dangerous and lethal pandemic that the world was trying to dismiss. This book consists of 73 chapters across under ten sections, contain all of my posts in the order that they were written as well as my notes regarding what I have seen beginning in January 2020 until now, including my thoughts on the post-pandemic era. Some of my predictions have already occurred while others have yet to be seen. I believe that the message we should receive from all of this is that the world must look to our God, the almighty, and his son, Jesus, our Savior. The son shall return and God will lift his wrath as we all go through our journey of repentance here on earth for our salvation lies with the blood of Jesus. Only recently I have started to receive calls in which the people that doubted me have apologized that they did not listen sooner. They have seen that I knew what was coming and tried to warn them. While the Coronavirus pandemic continues, I pray that the Lord will have mercy upon our people and upon the face of the earth.

Download or read book Corona Crisis written by Mark Hitchcock and published by Thomas Nelson. This book was released on 2020-05-19 with total page 177 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: In Corona Crisis, professor Mark Hitchcock shares how the current coronavirus outbreak is related to the vivid, end-time biblical prophecies about plagues, pestilences, and pandemics. With all the fear and chaos that is spreading through our nation and the world, what does it mean? Is the pandemic a sign of the end times? Professor and Bible teacher Mark Hitchcock explains that the coronavirus is not the fulfillment of the events that will occur during the tribulation period, but a foreshadowing of what lies ahead. Corona Crisis puts the current situation in perspective in relation to previous plagues humans have already survived, like the Spanish flu, while giving an overview of the major signs of the end times. Discussing how the rise of globalism contributes to the spread of plagues, Hitchcock explains how in our global environment, events can happen suddenly that send shock waves around the world. Corona Crisis provides scripturally based answers to questions like: Are current events part of a larger drama scripted long ago? Does the Bible predict the rise of pestilence and plagues in the end times? Is the coronavirus prophesied in the Bible, and is it the judgment of God? How bad will it get, and where is the current crisis headed? Are we living in the end times? For anyone looking for answers in this uncertain time, this book will reinforce God's promises in your life. Find encouragement and comfort through this biblical explanation of the frightening current events unfolding today.

Book God Trump and COVID 19

Download or read book God Trump and COVID 19 written by Stephen E. Strang and published by Charisma Media. This book was released on 2020-05-14 with total page 130 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: From the best-selling author of God and Donald Trump, which was brandished by the president at the World Economic Forum in Davos How the Pandemic Is Affecting Christians, the World, and America's 2020 Election This book is a timely follow up to God, Trump and the 2020 Election that reveals insider information about China, the virus, and the ever-increasing stakes of the upcoming election. It will answer the question for the Christian believers (and seekers) of where God is in all this? It provides a little known prophecy by the late David Wilkerson about a plague coming that would shut down the government as well as churches and bars, including shaking New York City as it’s never been shaken. Wilkerson said this plague would force believers into radical prayer that will spark an awakening--something echoed by Christian leaders and prophets. Just as the economy was booming and Donald Trump was fixing long-term problems and beating back attacks from his opponents, a brand-new virus shakes up everything including the outcome of this election. The author has inside information about what happened in China early in the pandemic and what went wrong. He even documents how Donald Trump has led the nation in this time of crisis. In 2016, God raised up Donald Trump to lead America at a pivotal time. Evangelicals who recognized this backed him more than any other presidential candidate in history. Heading into Election Day 2020, the stakes are even higher, especially with the uncertainty and upheaval caused by COVID-19. This book is really “part two” of God, Trump and the 2020 Election which details the fight for the soul of America. Strang believes readers need both books to understand and explain what’s at stake. With the shutdown caused by the pandemic, serious anti-Christian trends surfaced, such as some states closing “non-essential” churches but allowing liquor stores to provide curbside service. Or ceasing all elective surgeries except abortion, which is the taking of a life while the purpose in shutting down the economy was to save lives from this dreaded virus. Book Finding Christ in the Crisis

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The COVID-19 pandemic has greatly affected the life of the Church. Because of the suspension of public Masses and the disruption of parish life, many feel disconnected from Christ and his Church. As Catholics, we are wrestling with the theological and spiritual ramifications of the pandemic and how to discern God’s will in this time of crisis. In Finding Christ in the Crisis: What the Pandemic Can Teach Us, Fr. Harrison Ayre and Michael Heinlein shed light on what God might be saying to us now, both in the Church and in the world. Through scriptural interpretation and examination of particular realities of the Faith, we can realize that, while we may at times be restricted in our access to the sacraments and even to pastoral leadership, the effects of this pandemic are by no means a defeat. Instead, as men and women of faith, we have an opportunity to rediscover the heart of our Catholic identity and to find God in the midst of the storm.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Even by the most unrestrained estimates, the Covid pandemic never approached the lethality of the Spanish flu of 1918. Yet the effect that our fears, amplified by the mass media, had on society were infinitely more debilitating. In times such as these, our Christian faith has always offered hope and strength. But this past year was different. The reservoir of Christian belief was drained to dangerously low levels, and many Christians succumbed to the epidemic of fear. In this clear-eyed book about the real Covid crisis, Philip Lawler dissects how Church leaders and the faithful responded to this health emergency. He explains the devastating effects on society when Church leaders tell their people not to attend Sunday Mass, and when they ban Confession, marriages, and baptisms. He tackles the dangerous consequences of treating schoolchildren like lepers and explores the ethics of vaccines and the plight of parish priests caught in the middle. Best of all, Lawler rev
