The odd thing about this tree was that it seemed to have a face and a mouth that was opened wide! GAF and Jas were sitting on the long front porch, chatting very maturely about lizards, spiders, birds, bees, frogs, snails, ants and other inhabitants of the tree. Jas and GAF got into a long interesting discussion about what insects eat and how they survive and why they need certain materials to build homes and also the many uses trees provide.
