Visualization is a robust process to bring clarity to any topic or subject by reducing complexity and processing the information effectively within the mind. The unfortunate thing is that effective visualization doesn’t come for free. It is a paid service to your mind which require specific training. No matter howsoever the person is logical or left-brain dominant, at some point, visualization is needed to achieve something beyond the logical boundaries. What is not possible via a rational mind is reasonably achievable through visualization. Once clarity is set in the form of visualization, the analytical side of the brain follows to fulfill the same. Visualization breaks all boundaries and inspires the logical side of the brain to achieve it. Crumple paper is like the replica of our brain in the form of random networks of lines, ridges, and grooves- something similar to the neurons of our mind. Draw the ant’s path and set bubbles on them. Activate the visualization circles on the paper and use your right brain to create visuals. Practice more and more- it will help you clarify the topic in your mind and also help you enhance your memory.

Drawing on Zygmunt Bauman’s theory of liquid modernity, desert island texts are analysed in terms of their intersections with repressive and seductive mechanisms of power. Chapters focus on the desert island as: a conflictingly in/coherent space that characterises identity as deferred and structured by choice; a location whose ‘remoteness’ undermines satirical critiques of communal identity formation; a site whose ambivalent relationship with ‘home’ and Otherness destabilises patriarchal ‘Western’ subjectivity; a space bound up with mobility and instantaneity; and an expression of radical individuality and underdetermined identity. The desert island in popular culture is shown to reflect, endorse and critique a profoundly consumerist society that seduces us with promises of coherence, with the threat of repression looming if we do not conform.

Some scholars argue it is related to the religion practiced by the African Egyptians during the Dynastic period. The Yoruba, Dagara, and Ibo cultures, particularly as they relate to cosmology, symbolism, and ritual, are fundamental to the traditional religious system. This study examines the nature of African traditional religion in an effort to determine the common attributes of the religion of the continent, focusing on the West African experience. This study analyzes concepts in African traditional religion by isolating key elements in the Yoruba, Dagara, and Ibo cultures. Principal elements isolated include sacrifice, salvation, revelation and divination, as well as African resilience in the face of invasions, colonization and various outside religious assaults. The study also considers the influence of Christianity and Islam.
