Book excerpt: هذا الكتاب هو الأول من إحدي سلسلة كتب (محركات الاحتراق الداخلي) وعنوان الكتاب (الأساسيات) ويعتبر مدخل أساسي ورئيسي لمعرفة محركات الاحتراق الداخلي لإنتاج الطاقة لأجل تشغيلها وتحريكها ، ويقدم هذا الكتاب دراسة تفصيلية لمبادئ محركات الاحتراق الداخلي من حيث تصنيف المحركات وطريقة عملها والأجزاء الرئيسية للمحركات ، مع دراسة نظرية لأداء المحرك ، واحتراق الوقود في هذه المحركات سواءً كانت بنزين أو ديزل ، فهذه المعرفة تساعد فني اصلاح وصيانة المحركات علي فهم المحركات بطريقة صحيحة وعميقة وبالتالي تُسهل لديه طرق التشغيل والصيانة والاصلاح ، وتم الأخذ في الأعتبار كتابة كل مصطلح فني باللغة العربية وبين قوسين المصطلح باللغة الانجليزية لسهولة فهم المادة التعليمية والعلمية. وقد تم تقسيم الكتاب إلي جزئين ، الجزء الأول عبارة عن (مقدمة في تقنية المحرك) والذي يحتوي علي ستة وحدات رئيسية كما يلي: الوحدة الأولي: تقدم شرحاً للأنواع المختلفة للعدد اليدوية الشائعة الاستخدام ، وطرق التعامل معها وإتقان العمل بها في ورش صيانة وإصلاح المحركات. الوحدة الثانية: في هذه الوحدة سيتم شرح الآلات والمعدات المختلفة مثل العدد الكهربائية والميكانيكية والهيدوليكية والهوائية وبعض معدات الورش الآخري الشائعة الاستخدام بالورش الميكانيكية. الوحدة الثالثة: وسنتعرف في هذه الوحدة علي بيئة العمل الآمنة في ورش المحركات ، ومعدات الوقاية الشخصية ، ولافتات السلامة المختلفة ، وقواعد السلامة للمحركات والآلات ، وسيتم شرح الأنواع المختلفة لطفايات الحريق وبعض الوسائل المساعدة. الوحدة الرابعة: تلقي الضوء علي كيفية قياس كلاً من أدوات القياس الخطية مثل المسطرة الحديدية وأدوات القياس الغير مباشرة مثل الفرجار والمقياس التلسكوبي وغيرها ، وأدوات القياس المباشرة مثل القدمة ذات الورنية والميكروميتر بالأضافة إلي أنواعهما المستخدمة بورش صيانة واصلاح محركات والتعرف علي الأجزاء الأساسية لهما. الوحدة الخامسة: تقدم شرحاً لأنواع أدوات التثبيت مثل البراغي والصواميل والوِرد ، والمواد اللاصقة للجوانات ، والأنواع المختلفة لموانع التسرب ، وحلقات مانع التسرب. الوحدة السادسة: وسنتعرف علي القيام بخدمة سوائل المحرك المختلفة من تغير أو إضافة أو تحديد مستوي السائل مثل سائل التبريد وسائل زيت المحرك وسائل الوقود وسائل بطارية المحرك ، والتعرف علي خدمة فلاتر المحرك المختلفة ، وكذلك إجراء فحص المحرك بشكل عام مثل فحص خراطيم مياه التبريد وفحص سير نقل الحركة أما الجزء الثاني عبارة عن (المحركات) والتي يحتوي علي ستة وحدات رئيسية أيضاً كما يلي: الوحدة السابعة: وهي المدخل لمعرفة أساسيات المحرك ، لذلك سيتم شرح نظرية دورة المحرك الرباعية الأشواط ، وتوقيت الصمامات ، وكذلك التعرف علي أجزاء المحرك المختلفة مع تقديم معلومات فنية مهمة لهذه الأجزاء ، وللسهولة تم تقسيم المحرك إلي ثلاث مجموعات وهي مجموعة أجزاء المحرك السفلي (مجموعة جسم الأسطوانة) ومجموعة أجزاء المحرك العلوي (مجموعة رأس الأسطوانة) ومجموعة أجزاء المحرك الأمامي حتي يتم التعرف علي أجزاء المحرك بشكل مبسط وسهل الفهم. الوحدة الثامنة: هذه الوحدة تلقي الضوء علي بعض تصنيفات المحرك الشائعة الاستخدام مثل ترتيب الأسطوانات ، عدد الأسطوانات ، طريقة نظام التبريد ، موضع الصمامات ، تصميم غرفة الاحتراق ، نوع الوقود المحترق ، طريقة الاشتعال ، عدد الأشواط لكل دورة ، عدد الصمامات لكل أسطوانة ، وطريقة سحب الهواء. الوحدة التاسعة: وسنتعرف علي بِنْيَة أجزاء المحرك العلوي (بِنْيَة مجموعة رأس الأسطوانة) ، والتي تشرح كل جزء من مجموعة رأس الأسطوانة بشكل تفصيلي من حيث نوع الجزء ومادة الصنع وطريقة التشغيل وبعض النقاط الفنية المهمة في صيانة واصلاح المحركات بصفة عامة. الوحدة العاشرة: وسنتعرف علي بِنْيَة أجزاء المحرك السفلي (بِنْيَة مجموعة جسم الأسطوانة) ، والتي تشرح كل جزء من مجموعة جسم الأسطوانة بشكل تفصيلي مثل أنواع السبيكة الرئيسية وغيرها. الوحدة الحادية عشر: وسنتعرف علي بِنْيَة أجزاء المحرك الأمامي (بِنْيَة مجموعةالمحرك الأمامي) ، والتي تشرح كل جزء من من أجزاء المحرك الأمامي بشكل تفصيلي والنقاط الفنية في حالة التركيب مثل علامات توقيت التروس الأمامية أو سير التوقيت أو سلسلة التوقيت. الوحدة الثانية عشر: توضح هذه الوحدة تعاريف المحرك المختلفة مثل سعة المحرك ونسبة الأنضغاط وسرعة المحرك وقدرات المحرك وأنواعها وكفاءة المحرك ، بالأضافة إلي كيفية حسابها عن طريق المعادلات الرياضية.
