Download or read book The Reliability and Equivalency of the CID W 22 Auditory Tests written by Dorothy Huntington and published by . This book was released on 1962 with total page 6 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The purpose of the study was to evaluate the reliability and equivalency of the CID W-22 Auditory Tests for a group of subjects with sensori-neural hearing losses. Lists 1, 2, 3, and 4 were administered and re-administered to 33 adults. Statistically significant mean differences were obtained between lists 1 and 3, 1 and 4, and 2 and 4. The reliability coefficients of all the lists were higher than .90. The inter-correlations of all the lists were also fairly high, except that list 3 tended to depress any correlation in which it appeared. The magnitude of the differences among the lists is probably not great enough to be considered clinically, but it should be taken into account in research efforts.
