El presente estudio descansa en la hipótesis de que la formación continua también debe ser gestionada con criterios de calidad para obtener de ella lo mejor que nos puede proporcionar: mejorar el capital humano y, en consecuencia, mejorar la competitividad empresarial. Hasta el momento las empresas están introduciendo la Norma ISO en los procesos productivos o en algunos aspectos parciales de la gestión empresarial, pero no se conoce de ningún caso en que se haya desarrollado y se gestione una faceta tan especifica como la formación continua con criterios ISO 9000 con el detalle que en este trabajo se propone. The school environment plays a significant role in teaching and modeling health behaviors. For some children, foods consumed at school can provide a major portion of their daily nutrient intake. Foods and beverages consumed at school can come from two major sources: (1) Federally funded programs that include the National School Lunch Program (NSLP), the School Breakfast Program (SBP), and after-school snacks and (2) competitive sources that include vending machines, "a la carte" sales in the school cafeteria, or school stores and snack bars.
